Amazing evolution again by Nikon. With D810 and D750, Nikon's products are second to none making the gap more wide among the other companies which are left miles behind.
I just got it, I was deciding between the D750 or the D810, got the D750 + 16-35 f/4 VR for the difference in price, having shoot both cameras, best decision I've ever made, the weight, the design on the new grip, the DR, the tilting screen, the AF are just outstanding. So happy with it until now! It's just an amazing 2nd body for the pros, if you can get your hand on a D4S or what will be the next top of the line, Olympic Games coming on 2016 so great time for the photography world and big announcements to come. The D810 is trully amazing, but really specific for some work, the 36MP was a deal breaker for me, not for others.
I bought a Nikon D750 DSLR camera for just the reason you mentioned, it doesn't sacrifice capabilities for it's compact size. Great Nikon D750 camera review.
I just bought myself the Nikon D750 and I am still getting used to it . I stepped up from the D5200. One thing that I am missing is the different options of the LCD info screen. I have looked at quite a few different tutorials but no one seems to mention anything about it. Some chat groups have expressed that this issue about the LCD info is a mess. Does the D750 have LCD info options or do I now have to persevere with what I just bought?
Good evening everyone. I need some help, please. When I have my speed light SB-700 connected to my D750, is there any way when I flash that, to flash a second external speed light in the same time ? If you have a youtube video showing how to do that (if possible) that would also help. Thank you.
You mean the D650 since it has a D600 body the a screen that move. Nikon just called it D750 for those who wanted a replacement on the D700 that had. Better body and bigger.
***** Just plain wrong... read about the AF in the D750... I just got it, I was deciding between the D750 or the D810, got the D750 + 16-35 f/4 VR for the difference in price, having shoot both cameras, best decision I've ever made, the weight, the design on the new grip, the DR, the tilting screen, the AF are just outstanding. I just bought my D750 a few days ago. Honestly it's not a bad idea because the price of a D750 today will be so much cheaper than whatever its successor is in 2019.
The most disappointing factor is 1/4000 shutter speed! In this sector Nikon failed very badly!I planned to buy this camera D750,but now not buying due to lack of 1/8000 shutter!
1/4000 wouldn't stop me from buying it, I would be really curious to look at your past shooting and see how many times you shot faster than 1/4000, because I can't think of a time I ever have, if it's very bright out I just won't shoot at f1.4, it's such a small issue to get around, that it's a non issue
What about the sound clunky clunky clunky. Can we reduce the clicking sound. It is rather clunking sound. Please let us know. I did not buy today while I had gone to buy. If the noise is less I will buy now!
thetruth Well, that really depends on what purpose you need it for.If you plan to shoot action, like sports and stuff, then the 7dmkII is totally better. But if you need a camera for everything then the D750 would be a wise choice.
gamwpanagia I am still undecided. leaving price out of the equation, I want to take sport shots of my son learning tennis, soccer etc. and shoot short films in low light if I have to, as well as low light portraits. The cameras I am considering are D750, 7D mark2, 5D mark2, and 6D. With your expertise can you recommend one or two and tell me why? TY TT
thetruth The 7Dmk2 is specifically made for sports, you won't miss a shot with it.For all else the D750 is better as a full frame sensor will provide better low light performance and it has higher resolution too. Both of them will give you good results at everything though,so don't get too distracted by the details.Best thing you can do is go to a shop.have a look at both and pick the one you like the most.I would not consider the 6D and 5Dmk2,they are outdated in my eyes. Edit:I should add again that I have absolutely no clue about video so for that you might want the opinion of someone who is familiar with it. :)
It's been 5 years now Please Nikon, can you send me the Nikon D750, 😭 I use the D7200 and I'd fancy an upgrade thanks to the World's Leading Camera Brand; Nikon. Love from Kenya 🇰🇪

+Hugo Carvoeira I love the D750, the 36MP-Files of the D810 would kill my computer anyway. :D

Is the shutter quiet? Is there a quiet shutter mode?

I would love to buy this camera but I just can't`t effort it :(
Just tell one thing..is it wise to buy d750 now in current situation or better to wait fr new arrivals in 2019..
I just bought my D750 a few days ago. Honestly it's not a bad idea because the price of a D750 today will be so much cheaper than whatever its successor is in 2019.

Mayur Gogoi Just out of curiosity, at what times does one need to shoot over 1/4000?
can i mount my tamron 70-200 mm f/2.8 which i had been using in my nikon d90
Unlikely. It's probably a DX lens.

IT is compatible with all Nikon speedlite systems

very good dslr camera
IM GETTING IT
But is it better than 6D? Really how does it do in Video ?? And what do you mean by still video? I need to shoot action!
I am completely clueless about video but it beats the 6D in every single thing except for price.
and how does it do against the new 7D mark 2 a side of its crop sensor aspect.

Is this better than the Nikon D800? I thinking of selling it for this camera
No
But it may be what you want to do, it's a hobbyist layout on the controls, I like that layout
It's been 5 years now
