I'm liking the "Standing Barre Series" a lot! Quick Fix Series and Total Body Cardio Barre workouts are now part of my rotation. I just purchased Pilates Ball Mat Series and Loop Extreme. I will purchase the Standing Barre as soon as it is available. Your workouts are not very long. They can be done as addons or combined to stand alone. Either way they are tough and effective workouts. I love them all.

I design the workouts to be mix and matched or to add on to another cardio workout. I like to do my own workouts that way because I get bored easily and I find that just a different outfit or new equipment can make it a lot more interesting!
I Literally LOVE all your videos!! I am living in Hong Kong and they dont really have the correct version of Barre here. Your videos have been SUCH a life saver. Have told so many people about them. Such amazing, difficult workouts! Thank you so much!

Great challenge; loved the way this worked the legs all the way from the glutes down to the calves! These shorter workouts (20-25 min) also tend to be my go-to's because that seems to be just about as much time as I have each day to get in a good sweat!
That was tough and awesome!! I love the combination of ball and band! Each time we would do the exercise where you went down and then back up (like the ball squeezes going down and ball squeezes going up) really burned! This is going straight to favorites. Thanks!!!
Yes, the combo of band and ball is so good. My fav at the moment are the wide plies with the loop. In my own workouts I use 2 black loops one around the ankles and the other just under the knees. If you turn out really far and pulse on your toes it is super tough :)

Linda, i just did this workout & was tortured...but, in a good way😊! Due to my hip injury, I've had to learn to exercise less vigorously & slowly, so when i do your workouts occasionally, I'm like holy heck, I don't know if I can make it through the workout?! When my injury does finally heal, it will take me a long time to build stamina up to do your workouts regularly😬❤
haha, yes, my workouts are tough anyway! I am sure your muscle memory will kick in so it won't take you as long as someone who hasn't exercised regularly 💗

Hi Linda! I promise this is the last time I will ask you about merchandise! It’s just gotten chilly here in Dallas, Texas so I am not wearing leggings and am realizing I cannot get my traditional ball to stay in place! I’ve looked all around and can’t seem to find the balk you have with the nubby surface. I have found a couple that have slight raised bumps but they don’t look like they would hold in place as well. Is that a link you could share in all of the spare time I know you don’t have! Whitney 🙂
Hi Whitney, your questions are no problem at all. This is actually just an inflatable playground ball from my local Kmart store. Another trick to keep the ball in place is that you can wrap a pilates band around it which gives it more grip :)

Squats and lunges are great for that area as is glute bridge and table top mat workouts. You also need to do cardio to help burn the fat. My new HIIT series would be good for you to use regularly. 🙂

yes, the ball is excellent. I add it to many workouts even those that don't use it so I can engage the inner thighs 😊
