- As black women, we’ve been told that being resilient and enduring pain is a form of personal victory and triumph. Not anymore, folks!
Black women living a soft life should be embraced. We are collectively moving towards a life of ease and softness after years and years of conditioning, but it appears folks wanna keep us at the bottom. We are tired of being the face of struggle and toughness. We want to be soft and dainty, too. We're women, too.
In this video, I address the negative comments towards a black woman living her life.

i realy dought many people understand what a soft life is for me its being at peace with yourself accepting yourself wether provided for or not by men and just loving yourself enough to keep healthy boundaries with toxic people
There are various definitions for soft life. But since this is hypergamy, it will also mean being provided for. You can't live a soft life when you're overworked or paying all the bills.

Why are we now all conditioned that the only work there is for women, is to work for a another man? If the woman works outside of the house similar to the man, who takes care of the work at house???? Who takes care of the house, the children and the man's homely needs? Why r we so unfair to women, why do we want women to work two jobs while the man works one? Or are you now going to say let a maid takes care of the children and the house while the woman works for another man? And if that's the case, who takes care of the maid's house, children and her husband? So any way you try to solve it, it doesn't work. Now you have maids raising your children instead of their mothers. Gosh! Today's men r so cruel. Want women have 2 jobs. Not because society doesn't attached a $ value to it means it's not work. Ladies,if your man wants wife at home treatment plus eant u to work, then u may need to think twice about how that man cares for your health!

And the best thing too is to ask a man who wasn't providing before and is now providing and let him tell you the difference...... On another note, your question is why so many men complain about women being too masculine, hard, competitive, etc. because you fail to create a space where she can be more in her feminine (soft) side.

@@DarkSkinITGirl i can barely appreciate brothas that are bloggers , vloggers or content creators because when i click on their page , their wife that they adore is white. As a man who has made north of six figures for 15 years, the only thing that I see when I see those guys are the same brothas that talk to me at a sales conference or a perform meeting and try to dog whistle the whole elite black ideology by making a comment to me about the lack of representation and how much better we are than other Black people because we are here because we worked hard. In every case, and I’ve gotten so good at this point that I will keep their screensaver as they offer to exchange contact information, etc., and there she is, their white queen and I am no longer interested. You choose to marry.
I saw a black man loving his black wife and it put a smile on my face. But they live a lifestyle I can afford as well so I’m not jealous, but I also don’t get jealous when I see people living lifestyles that are lavish to the extreme some of my clients. We are just really in turmoil.
