Great workmanship. I have to say, that , i can't imagine these guys ever complaining about their job. They do not know how fortunate they are. They are doing work, that I would honestly enjoy doing everyday. This is my dream job.

Yes, the conversion is designed to have them that way
Should be against the law to have an unpainted engine block...
