Black Swan evidently works a bit differently on live than on the media server / CES. Currently on live she adds a petal when new mobs spawn (not the initial mobs at the start of a wave, just when new ones are summoned). For example, when the Giant Office Scanner Robot summons 2 goldfish and they both get Arcana, it will give Acheron 1 petal since it counts as a single action from the Scanner Robot.
@@Jeak_Dan u can buy some materials from the shop, u get access for the other ones u need. But I don't recommend buying them, just rush through the story till u get to penacony, where u finally can kill the monsters u need to kill.
@@Jeak_Dan hsr has this feature where for any character's banner period, if you still haven't unlocked the crimson calyx domains for their materials, you will gain temporary access to them until their banner period ends. Just use those to grind for their leveling/upgrading mats. You can find them via clicking on any trace > any mats needed > it'll show where to get them. Just click on the one that leads to a related crimson calyx & the game will lead you to them. For LCs & relics, just use any you have atm. They'll do for any character in early game.

I didn't expect "in the name of the world" to be that bad compared to the other light cones. Sure it may not be the best. But it increases damage dealt to debuffed enemies (her entire schtick) Can anyone explain why that's the case?
I hope all Acheron wanters become Acheron havers but I managed to get 3 copies of Gallagher without blowing my 50/50 on her which was my goal. It’s a good honkai day for pulls
I was hoping to get 5 copies of Gallagher before I got her but I fell 2 short. Still though I'm glad I had my Fire MC built because she's a monster in this team for petal generation

SPD boost + glamoth in E2S1 Acheron, for faster petals generation by Acheron herself since she can applies 3 per her turn dat way, pair up sparkle with her, and I think 2 ult first turn is possible Update: I got her E2S1 Update 2: after some thorough testing, Atk boots still indeed work best. I don't have sparkle, so I pair it with bronya, trend Fuxuan, and sweaty pela instead. Another thing I found is that if u can achieve good CR without the takiya, salsotto actually did give a better number(need more input, cause my salsotto has better subs)
I personally love the additional info added through these charts. It helped clear things up alot and even made me rethink about how to think about using acheron to her fullest potential. Great vid.

This is actually one of the best guides out there, and I've probably seen most of them from the go-to HSR CC's. Incredible job, IW2L. The ONLY complaint I have (and it's a small one) - is the pushing of the 174+ speed Pela while showcasing your 180 spd Pela. lol. Not attainable from 99.99% of HSR players out there. Genuinely. 😅 I can think of one other CC out there that pushes 174+ spd supports, and I enjoyed the Gachasmack roast that came after that. Again - incredible job. Probably THE best Acheron guide video made out there.
Seeing her do well with Black Swan and Kafka sealed the deal on E0S1. I was worried about needing to build an entire new team for her, but turns out I already had some decent team mates for her. I'm totally down to pull more characters for her in the future, and I have Pela with a couple eidolons now. No Sweaty LC though at all, so that's rough. Hoping for a new debuffer for her instead of chasing after that, because I don't really like Pela's vibe (or height). The only thing I'm struggling with is MOC higher levels and pure fiction, so I think her potential is a good investment for the future. Finally, her design is freakin awesome, every Raiden/Mei is, of course I'm getting her and her LC.
Even without pela/sweaty, she's gonna nuke most content fairly easily. One thing that some people forget with black swan specifically is that while it's not nearly as strong as pelas, she does in fact also shred defense. Which is usually more than enough to one shot most trash waves and seriously dent elite waves. And, with black swans e1, she shreds lightning defense, which stacks together with her base defense shred. Acheron is literally the embodiment of nihility and IXs concept of nothingness. This is basically what people think of when they hear the name Raiden Mei.
@@pocky7489in this case the 1 means 1 copy of her sig lc. E1 on the hand means two copies of acheron herself, the 2nd copy unlocked her 1st eidolon perk.
Additional note for petal generation... Breaking weaknesses also count as a debuff. (Fire - Burn, Wind - Wind Shear, Lightning - Shock, Physical - Bleed, Ice - Freeze, Quantum - Entanglement, Imaginary - Ensnared.) Also, if you're running Fu Xuan in your Pela, SW, Acheron team... spam her E to accumulate ult charges for faster and stronger weakness breaks if quantum weakened... (it only takes 2-3 E skills to fill up her ult when her E is active) ...since this team is very SP positive because of Pela and SW not needing to use their E all the time. This works best when there's more than one quantum weak enemy, like those mara struck guards or the IPC captain that summons guards.

i started the game a week ago and got acheron near pity and her light cone with the first 10 pull. i had a team of shushang, bronya, march 7 and dan heng or herta which was mid AF most of the time. now with her i run her with gallagher guinaifen and pela, mostly thanks to your reccomendations and tips and have been having so much fun and success with it. i got ar 26 so i dont have her 2 nihility teammates passive yet, but i can easily pull off at least one ultimate every 2 rounds starting from 0 petals! my go-to info channel for both genshin and now star rail! thanks for good content

Acheron here making me dust off of my TotUM and Fire MC but its so worth it. I lucked out and won my 50/50 and my 75/25 and got her E0S1 and took her for a spin. Getting such broken ults so fast is absolutely bonkers.
I very much appreciate this transparent and informative video, though it brings up the Question if this media server and infos from it in the end was worth it when the char is still quite different in the live version. Accept that we know which mats to farm (if we dont google it before) and maybe which Relic Set (if its even out by then), its is still likely to be changed and for reliable and good infos we have to wait till the char is live. Ofc i know it might change in the future but so far those media server infos are nothing more then many leaker videos show. I also understand that certain CC will probably get 2 times the amount of views so good for them but for us users i dont see anything really usefull from that media server atm.
PSA: For all you non-clara mains, put your TOM preservation character in the 2nd or 3rd character slot. This will increase their chances of getting hit by blast attacks.
triple nihility mommies won me over to get acheron i wasn't planning on getting her, though i was very tempted by how cool she is, yet i didn't think she'd fit into my teams, but the fact she works well with kafka, BS and fire mc (those are basically my mains), is just perfect

I pulled for E0 then decided to go for LC after this vid... and got it in 22 pulls. Insane luck today. And I do happen to have all the right LC for MC and Pela! Acheron account ready to be built up
Also worth to mention is Ruan Mei ult, With ult active and then basic atk, RM can apply Thanatoplum Rebloom debuff that can increase Slashed Dream's count. So for 3 Nihility mommies. I'd like to slap Ruan Mei (yeah more mommy too into full mommy team!) as she would buff the other two nihility as well provide some pseudo sustain with her delay.
Was actually devastated after losing to yanqing on soft pity but i tried being hopeful and hoped for an early, and to my surprise, I got finally got Acheron 18 pulls after yanqing. Im so happy. I'll try getting her LC
I accidentally got her while trying to get gallagher and now im here because I have to build her. I wanted boothill more as well so now im on my 50/50 for him…
I currently have 4000atk, 110 speed, 72cr/145cd all with atk% pieces (including atk% chest piece bcs god relics), with s5 gnsw she deals 500-650k ult constantly. Imagine how much dmg she deals if i got her lightcone
Great guide as always! Don't think I saw a recommendation for Rope relic but gonna assume it's good old ATK% as "Haha Acheron go Brrr" and she doesn't need energy regen.

Acheron is a very strong well-rounded character.
But require specific setup which not friendly for new players.
That setup is not that hard to make tbh. But on a fresh account, yeah.
set up isn't that bad, trial showcased pretty well, but yeah you unfriendly because the LC
And so is nearly every DPS in the game. Kafka and Ratio are the most F2P friendly by far.

I pulled for E0 then decided to go for LC after this vid... and got it in 22 pulls. Insane luck today. And I do happen to have all the right LC for MC and Pela! Acheron account ready to be built up

Also worth to mention is Ruan Mei ult, With ult active and then basic atk, RM can apply Thanatoplum Rebloom debuff that can increase Slashed Dream's count. So for 3 Nihility mommies. I'd like to slap Ruan Mei (yeah more mommy too into full mommy team!) as she would buff the other two nihility as well provide some pseudo sustain with her delay.

Was actually devastated after losing to yanqing on soft pity but i tried being hopeful and hoped for an early, and to my surprise, I got finally got Acheron 18 pulls after yanqing. Im so happy. I'll try getting her LC

Personally have an E6S5 Acheron and she is hands down the best the character I have pulled for...such a blast to play with. Decimates everthing..
I currently have 4000atk, 110 speed, 72cr/145cd all with atk% pieces (including atk% chest piece bcs god relics), with s5 gnsw she deals 500-650k ult constantly. Imagine how much dmg she deals if i got her lightcone
i got her e0s1 in 60 pulls then i spent the rest of my 20k jades and got e4 Pela, e2 Gallagher and e0 welt all f2p, i started playing two weeks ago
Got her quite early so I also managed to snatch the 4* Nihility light cone from her banner on S4. Happy happy happy
