Unlike Pluto, I have been listening to your work since 2017 and I cannot describe how much inspiration I find in your music. You truly have a talent for writing lyrics and producing songs that stir my emotions and immediately connect with me. I can tell you put your heart into your work, and it's a beautiful thing to witness. You are criminally underrated; your albums Messy Mind and Loud Fantasy, Quiet Reality have been on loop in my playlist since they came out and I still haven't gotten bored of them in the slightest bit. And this is coming from someone who gets bored very easily. It's difficult to pick just one song that's my favourite because there are soo many you've made that I adore. Thank you for sharing your passion with us, it's a gift.

8 Legged Dreams is especially one that I hold dear because I struggle with horrible nightmares every time I sleep. You've put into words that fight of going into deep sleep to meet your fears and waking up fatigued to the bone, low-key traumatised. Your creativity and talent for writing lyrics continues to blow me away. Thank you again for sharing your music with us.

I wouldn’t consider it my worst nightmare, but seeing as I woke up in a cold sweat...
I was in my house with a good friend of mine and he told me something about someone that looked like me walking up to him. Apparently I knew what he was talking about and immediately ran to my window and looked out to see what looked like me but with white hair and ghostly pale skin. In a panic, I told him to go into the kitchen and grab a knife and I went to lock the doors as the other me ran up to it and desperately tried to open it. Me and my friend were screaming at each other in panic as I was barely holding down the door. After aching minutes of nothing but struggle and searching for a means of fighting back, the door fell silent. I turned and the door was cracked. The other me stood there silently with its head down. It said something along the lines of realizing that it was no “longer a ghost” and “actually could grab and hold things” in that moment, it suddenly forced the door open in realization and I knew she was trying to grab a knife to inflict pain on itself and us. I yanked its arm and held on, struggling to keep the other me from running into the kitchen and harming my friend, along with itself-me. A minute or two passed of trying to hold back other me and in a rush, it turned to do something to me, forcing me awake. This was the only nightmare I wanted to go back to but couldn’t. I was forced out of a dream I didn’t want to end by another me. It’s not just the nightmare that’s terrifying: it’s the fact that I lost control of myself to a fake. I couldn’t protect my friend and I couldn’t protect myself. That’s what made that nightmare a nightmare I guess...

This is the song that introduced me to Unlike Pluto. It's a song that's very special to me, and I find spiders so pretty~ but...that's a tarantula...they have 10-12 legs to assist with eating.
Dreams are amalgams of your day, even if it's just a small word or thought that passes without even acknowledgement, not only this but sometimes they're built up combinations of what you're feeling subconsciously or dealing with generally but they can also be small stories your brain puts together. Most of the time its what's on your mind or in the back of your thoughts before you go to bed, knowing this I can actually sleep well but it took me time to work with it.
