Have you tried using GSPro with sky track+? If so, what are your thoughts?
I have been looking at this setup, do you happen to have exactl width dimensions of the enclosure (outside of one side to outside of the other)? I have a space that is really close to 10' wide and curious how accurate their 10' enclosure size is. Thanks!
are you using the 16:9 ratio format on the projector? i notice there is a couple of feet on the projector that is not being utilized. Can you get the projector to fit the entire screen by going to 4:3 ratio? Thanks
Good question - it’s actually in the 4:3 ratio here. I’m using an iPad as well so have limited options for ratio changes.

I’ve the same 10ft SkyTrak+ setup. The projector image is much to wide on the screen. How did you shrink the projected image to fit the screen width?
There's a setting on the projector to change the ratio to 4:3! Took me a week to figure that one out as well!

Have found the whole set up pretty solid once you get it set up properly.
Projector is pretty good. Not super bright but as long as you’re not next to some windows it’ll be bright enough! Kids have loved movie nights on it as well 😂
The mounting is really slick so you don’t have to mount it on ceiling.

How is it hitting golf balls bad. Does it show bad shots?
What is your distance from hitting location to impact screen? Any risks of wedges going too high?
No risk! You can scoot closer to enclosure if you want as well. So can adjust for your comfort.
Another question...I'm leaning towards Skytrac...However, my basement room is lacking 4" to 6". Am I right in my understanding that Carl's Place can custom size the frame etc. before they ship it to me?

What Skytrack model is this? Also, is everything included in the shipment, or do you have to buy anything to go with it?
New Skytrak+ model. You can buy it separately or this entire package over on their site. Whole thing is around $7k and the Skytrak+ $3k. Great value in my opinion.

So that red dot on the ground doesn't have to be exactly where you present the ball? I notice during wedge matrix you hit a shot where the ball wasn't on it. So it doesn't have to be precise on there. Also, how is the lefty to righty setup on this? I am a lefty, but one of my main things is having the ability to have friends over, who obviously are not weirdos and therefore right handed. Can you just flip the skytrak to the other side and it works?
Heyy, I believe that it is an option on the app, and also, yes I think you just flip it round, but for further conformation, I would email or call SkyTrak so you get a accurate answer!
one more question, is that as tight as the screen gets? ive noticed on other simulators as well as on skytrak website the screen looks tighter than it does in person on your video. just curious, thanks for the video.. you are the only one on the web with this bundle lol
Screen could get tighter with some more work. We set this up in less than an hour and was hustling through it.
Is the projector close the your swing?
It's close but never in the way. I can just move the launch monitor and mat around if I feel like I'm going to hit it or the enclosure.
What mat are you using?
This is just the one that comes with the bundle package from Skytrak.
How did you get all that information to populate? I don’t have all that data.
There's a few different screens in Skytrak you can use to look at data. Head over to their site and check out some support vids.
Can I please ask what iPad you are using. I'm using an air 4 and the screen is tiny
It's an older Ipad Pro model. Have had no issues with it.
Would recommend casting to a TV if you're staying on the ipad or the projector is obviously clutch as well.
@@golfsciencelab I have an iPad Air 4 and it won't project full screen. So I might have to look into an iPad Pro. Doing my head in as I have the same setup as you projector and all
How far is the ball from the screen when you hit the ball?
With a camera system like Skytrak you can be as close as you want to the screen. One of the reasons they're so great for indoor. I was probably about 8 feet here in the vid though.
@@golfsciencelab yes I like that feature. Other ones the device Hass to be 6 feet or more behind the ball and if you are somewhat short on space that can make a big difference. The length of my shed and its longest point is around 19ft.

Have only been able to figure out single player so far. Has anyone else done multiplayer?
Looks like there is a multiplayer option but can’t get it to work when Skytrak is connected.
