I purchased a new Kraken Elite 360 RGB liquid cooler and some more fans from NZXT and your fan installation segment helped me out the most for this part. Seriously, thank you for taking the time to make this video. Cheers from Las Vegas, NV!
Mind telling me which fans you used. I'm taking the same Liquid cooler but I'm hesitating between the f140 duo pack and f120 trio pack or the f360 and f240
@@robinwinant4068 Yeah I placed one fan in the back, but keep in mind I have the huge Hyte Y60 case so the large fan is great fit for it. It all depends what fan can fit in your case size.
yeah it's been two weeks since my last upload. Because I've been filming for two weeks solid, i really need to hire an editor (can't afford it). But there will be a LOT of videos from me this week and next to make up for it.
Just a tip for anyone using an air cooler. Regarding the top x3 fan slots. I have this case and have done some testing- Leave the top middle/front fan spots empty or run them at minimal speeds if they're exhaust (haven't tested as intake)- only have a fan at the back running normal speeds as exhaust. It makes about a 3-4c difference on all cores of the 12900k I currently have installed. I originally had x2 fans centered, then moved them to the back to help exhaust more which helped a tiny bit, then I disabled the front fan (middle slot) and that dropped 3-4c. Now I have x3 fans because it looks better to Me, but I keep the middle/front at 10% and I still have that 3-4c drop. I believe this is because if they are all exhaust then it pulls more heat from the gpu/bottom into the CPU cooler rather than the cool air from the front x3 intake fans blowing toward the CPU. For water-cooling this comment is probably useless. I get awesome temps with this case on everything. I'm using a Thermaltake Peerless Assassin to cool the CPU if anyone is curious, I thought it'd be temporary until I can get an AIO (budgets and all) but the temps are so good that I'm keeping this and prioritizing other things like an upgraded GPU (5700xt from my old build) first before I go back to water. I plan to do a lot more testing to find optimal settings- I've mainly only messed with the top x3 slots. Hope this helps someone. Take care folks ;)
Just bought this case and my first time installing a water cooler (x53 Kraken)! I noticed your PC has fans on the top? Mine didn't come with those! Where would I get them? It looks like you have 3 on the top somehow?
its a super guide, i watched till the end. Nicely done. I have one doubt, when u did partition, what it did, windows installed on which location. i see 3 partitions coming?
Hey! Just out of curiosity & I'm surprised no one is speaking about this. But have you found a fix for the LED Light bleeding through the back of the F360 Core Fan? I have two of them installed in my H7 Flow 2024 & might I say.. Its blinding!
Kinda old but I'll reply for anyone that has this question: It depends on the type of bracket/solution you're using. The bottom bar has a sort of shelf that you could use for certain types of supports. I'm personally using Jay's Two Cents solution of putting a screw into the back where the GPU slots in (look up Jays two cents GPU sag solution- should be the top video, it'll show you what I'm talking about). His solution works surprisingly well.
Bro you build so badly but are so technical and well informed that I watch your videos just to be like, If provoked prawn built it and it works, it wil work for me lol lol!
Hey, I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I have the NZXT H7 Flow (2024), kraken elite 360mm, F360 RGB Core for the bottom(intake), F120 RGB core for the rear(exhaust) and the F360 FGB core for the front (intake). Question, what is the most efficient way to connect all 10 RGB fans so they work with NZXT CAM software? I was thinking, Using the control hub to plug in front, bottom and rear fans then using 3x CPU_Fan headers to plug them in. Buying the RGB & Fan controller for the Kraken AIO, connecting into CPU_AIO header.
@@TheProvokedPrawn This does not really help me out. In this video you're using 3 x F360. I only have 2, ONE that came with the tower and ONE that I purchased as intake for the bottom. I have connected the F120 RGB core with the bottom F360 and front F360 RGB. Issue I have is plugging in the RGB connectors for my Kraken Elite. I believe I need to get the RGB lighting and fan controller to connect the Kraken Elite.
Buy the bigger rgb and fan controller hub. Plug the front group of fans, the bottom group of fans and the single rear exhaust fans all into the nzxt hub. With the AIO, plug the aio fans into the aio breakout power cable and the aio fans rgb into the nzxt hub for lighting. Then follow the usual procedure for plugging in the aio pump
??? the air is still gonna make its way to the top, how is it any different? besides, the optimal orientation is technically tubes bottom, because there will be slightly less noise as the water traveling through the bottom of the rad doesn't meet any air

please make a video on corsair LX 120
If I were to build something like this but had a different AIO brand, can I still connect it to the NZXT controller?
Is there no way to use a support bracket for the GPU?

what if i used corsair aio and the fan case i use 2x f360 how do i put the control since corsair also have their own control?
