Just made this. Didn’t have the MCT powder so added another tsp of coconut flour. Cooked 10 minutes and another 10 minutes after topping with pepperoni and Italian sausage, fresh mozzarella and shredded Parmesan cheese. It was outstanding! My 18 yr old son called it “Bussin” so it passed his test. Crust held up to three finger holding just like regular pizza crust and didn’t droop. It’s like a biscuit crust and fantastic pimped out with salt, oregano, red pepper flakes, onion, and garlic powders, and white pepper. Definitely a keeper!
I've been searching for a good pizza crust for years. I just made yours and it is going to be my forever crust. The only change I would make is replace the the coconut oil with olive oil. I didn't have MCT oil powder so I omitted it. Turned out great. Thanks for the recipe.
I can see see that Math is not an option 5 minutes in the oven for the crust, plus 8 minutes again for the topping... . Add the time of the preparation of the ingredients and we are at 30 minutes. Not bad, hopefully the taste is good

Yeah I know. That technique is good to roll gluten free doughs and it really depends what kind of dough you are rolling. The button line is when you want to keep the bubbles inside the dough that form in fermentation process, you should not use roller cause roller push all of those bubbles out! That was a pro tip for you lol. What is your favorite food? I am gonna make the fathead dough too in the future
I honestly don’t know cause I have not tried it. All xanthan gum does is to help ingredients bond better to each other, kinda acting like yeast. You should give it a try with Psyllium Husk 🤔😊

Followed the recipe to the T and the dough came out gross 🤮. Don’t know what your sense of flavor is, but adding a “pinch” of sea salt, oregano, and garlic powder are not enough when you’re dealing with bland ass almond powder. I fixed it by adding: 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of oregano 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning Hope this helps 😊
Hey Hosna! Good to see you here sis. Fathead dough is a very well known popular dough in Ketogenic diet. Problem with it I believe is too much Calorie and also makes pizza dough soggy after cooking. This is a better substitute in my opinion. What is your favorite food by the way?!

if you want the yeast flavor, add nutritional yeast, instead of yeast used with flour. .

Can I replace coconut oil by butter?
I tried this out. I didn't have MCT oil powder so I added extra coconut flour. This came out great and tasted good.
