@@georgethetuxcat worked for me, same machine as in the video (except color, white) the machine display in blink "02" on first press and lock the door, and on the second press I've entered the service mode If you forgot to close the door, the machine display the error "dC" and you must restart the process (any action on the error code is impossible, except turn off the machine)

I’ve now got a Samsung machine and I can’t put it into test mode. Please can you tell me how to do it and the model number is WW90J5456FX
So, hold spin and bubble soak and turn on, then turn straight off and then hold options and bubble soak and turn on, and you’ve entered service mode.
