Panic always brings me here. It's so hard to deal with for me when I'm absoluetly terrified, but this helps me out a lot. I remember listening to it on my way to the cardiologist and things went more smoothly than I expected. I think Heaven is a place like this. I can’t sleep unless this is playing, started listening back in November when I was recovering from cancer surgery, and now it has to be on. Wish I could visit this place, very relaxing and peaceful.
This is the kind of tranquil place I could retreat to with a book and sit on the grassy area above the water and think the rest of the world was a MILLION miles away. Being a Pisces by birth (and I am glad I am!) naturally, being by the water gives me so much inner peace, and provides so much comfort just being around it. I, too appreciate, love, and admire it's power, strength and beauty.

I agree with you. I listened to a lot of these relaxing music and this is amongst the best. It has 3 different tracks that blend and repeat beautifully.
I do a lot of writing, mostly poetry and essays on God. And when I hear this kind of music and background music with it, it keeps my mind, heart and soul more focused upon what I am doing. Also when things are going hard or bad this kind of music calms me down to keep me focused on God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit, and gets me to where I need to be and what I need to do.
Please never delete this💙 I first heard it when I was really young and my dad would play it for my sister and I while we studied, slept, or just whenever any of us needed to relax or calm down. The comfy memory that was created then never left me, and now i use it for studies, whenever I can’t sleep, and just recently if I feel myself getting panicky or very stressed and worked up about something. I suffer from severe tension headaches when I’m stressed and the only thing that I can do to get rid of them is relax. I put this on, breathe slowly and try to relax my entire body. It helps the headaches to go away and puts me to sleep. Sometimes I just put it on when I can’t sleep and then I sleep like a baby. This seriously got me through school a couple of years and I use it during stressful periods of uni. Wish I could have it on Spotify or itunes - love it soooo much!

Its in Siskiyou County, CA on Mt. Shasta. A tiny town with falls that are their pride and joy. So happy to have visited there, although I went there (209 mi.) to be able to "wolf watch" the Shasta Pack. Many people there are prejudiced against wolves, claiming to have seen a wolf attack a human in Washington St. etc. and now the Shasta Pack has been missing for a year--the first pack to establilsh itself in Calif. in 96 years or so.

The more you leg go of your thoughts and breath, the more peaceful it is. Life is often like a gloomy sky filled with dark clouds. I have been listening to this same video since 2015 when my fiancé (then girlfriend) went camping and needed something to play in our tent, while we fell asleep looking at the stars. Ever since that night, My fiancé and I listen to it EVERY night faithfully to the point if my fan and this video isn’t playing, i can not go to sleep. Even when we’re not at home! When on a trip sleeping in a hotel, car, camping lol. This video, is on repeat on my fiancé phone and my fan app playing on my phone or vice versa. I do a lot of writing, mostly poetry and essays on God. And when I hear this kind of music and background music with it, it keeps my mind, heart and soul more focused upon what I am doing. Also when things are going hard or bad this kind of music calms me down to keep me focused on God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit, and gets me to where I need to be and what I need to do.

Please never delete this💙 I first heard it when I was really young and my dad would play it for my sister and I while we studied, slept, or just whenever any of us needed to relax or calm down. The comfy memory that was created then never left me, and now i use it for studies, whenever I can’t sleep, and just recently if I feel myself getting panicky or very stressed and worked up about something. An absolute blessing to have this tool, thank you 100 times!😌

I suffer from severe tension headaches when I’m stressed and the only thing that I can do to get rid of them is relax. I put this on, breathe slowly and try to relax my entire body. It helps the headaches to go away and puts me to sleep. Sometimes I just put it on when I can’t sleep and then I sleep like a baby. This seriously got me through school a couple of years and I use it during stressful periods of uni. Wish I could have it on Spotify or itunes - love it soooo much!

Its in Siskiyou County, CA on Mt. Shasta. A tiny town with falls that are their pride and joy. So happy to have visited there, although I went there (209 mi.) to be able to "wolf watch" the Shasta Pack. Many people there are prejudiced against wolves, claiming to have seen a wolf attack a human in Washington St. etc. and now the Shasta Pack has been missing for a year--the first pack to establilsh itself in Calif. in 96 years or so.

The more you leg go of your thoughts and breath, the more peaceful it is. Life is often like a gloomy sky filled with dark clouds. As you meditate, the sky starts to clear, and the sun shines upon your world.
