That popping in your shoulder is most likely a bone spur. My sister has one on her shoulder and it makes that exact popping noise.

What I learned from dry scooping is you only do a half at a time. So you fill the powder half way dry scoop that and do the other half after!! :) hope that helps ily

I'm a Student Physical Therapist Assistant and there are several possibilities, but it does sound like a muscle knot. They can be very painful and can depend with movement as to why it can go away and then come back. It is usually due to a combination a lot of stress, poor posture, raised shoulders when sleeping and muscle overwork. Ice helps but massaging out the knot in the direction of the muscle fibers is one of the best ways to get rid of it but that can take a lot of work. Hope that helps and feel better!

physical therapist ast. here 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️sounds like that thing in your shoulder is most likely a myofascial trigger point in your upper trapezius muscle! (aka a knot in your shoulder from tension) these are super common and can easily be rolled around and make that terrible noise. you can look up trigger point release videos, invest in a foam roller (highly recommend and i have a tutorial on my channel!!) or go see a massage therapist! hope this helps!! 💜
My favourite way to eat Quest bars is to cut them into smaller pieces, bake them so they're crispy and then eat them with milk like cereal. Highly recommend!

For the shoulder: knots can cause that kind of pain which can build up tension and cause lots of pain and inflammation. I have rotator cuff tendinitis and physical therapy stretches for the neck and back of shoulder are great. I highly recommend strengthening exercises for your scapula (shoulder blade). It helps increase blood flow to the area which can reduce tension and inflammation. I also recommend a massage gun which can do a similar thing as well. Amazon is a great place to find one! Hope this helps!

The sound that comes from "cracking" joints (like cracking your knuckles) is called crepitus. Because the shoulder itself is a ball and socket joint, the movement of the arm is the sound of the ball portion of the humerus releasing internal pressure within the fluid that surrounds our joints (that's what causes the sound). crepitus is usually accompanied without pain but the cracking sound happens. I would recommend seeing a doctor since it causes you pain:)

Your shoulder is a knot, where you have pulled/teared your muscle and it’s recovered at an angle it’s super normal, the massaging will help circulation and create heat to relax it. Lying on a tennis ball, massage after a warm bath/shower for no longer than 20 mins, hot stone massages are good too and would suggest seeking medical advice if it’s super painful in general without the massage xx

Get checked for carpal tunnel. The test is like a electric probe thing. Carpal tunnel pain isn't just in the wrist. Since it is a pinched nerve it can radiate to the shoulder.

My dad had a frozen shoulder and I think that’s what you have. You need to go to physical therapy. My dad had the same issues when he was at work his body was always hunched over and that’s the same thing with you so I think I’m a frozen shoulder you should probably go to the doctor and physical therapy will be very painful but it’s worth it.

Massage therapist here. The shoulder thing sounds like a muscle knot. Depending on the angle that you work the knot, especially right where yours is, it will make a popping sound. I work on a lot of people who sit at a computer for a living. Its very common.
The popping in your shoulder is a knot!! If you get a massage and they push really hard on them, they hurt really bad because its a knot of tissue but thats how you get them out so that's why they go away!! I get those constantly too now that I'm doing school from home I'm also on my computer all day!! If you get some kind of icy hot or roll on pain reliever sometimes that makes it feel better but the only way to really get them out is to massage them out like that :(

I also get that noise on my shoulder when I stretch. Usually it's a lot of tension on my shoulder and I stretch twice a day and go to a massage therapist and it helps. But sometimes if my posture or how I sleep on the bed might cause it to be worse on some days. I'm a student nurse so take my advice with a grain of salt, but stretching, improving posture and how you sleep on the bed will improve the tension on your shoulders. Love you ❤️
