Mozart -- Air in Eb -- Etiel

My piano student, Etiel, playing Air (or minuet) in E flat (KV 15qq) from the London Sketchbook by Mozart.
"Air" in this case is not something you breath, but rather a song. Though breathing is really important when singing a song, as well as letting the melody "breath" when you play it on any instrument.
Mozart's facility in composing at a very young age can be quite depressing to musicians and music students. For example, Mozart wrote this lovely air (along with about 40 other little pieces) when he was 8 to 9 years old, and the purpose of it was mainly to practice writing with a pen!
