this guy could probably deadlift around 500kg he looks pretty strong
😁👍
Dunno man. Seems a bit of a stretch, whoever he is
he already did in 2017, he held the record for about 3 years
@@thegrimreaper3592 whoosh
Everyone's gotta start somewhere, tbh
He was so strong that the belt said fuck this shit I’m out
😂😂😂.
"You don't need me bro"

You deserve 1k likes 😂
Well done sir 🧐

Dudes stealing souls
Alongside being one of the physically strongest men on the planet, Eddie is also one of the mentally strongest
He's also the most hydrated
*most dehydrated
pretty sure that goes hand in hand
HHHHHHHmjHHHHHHH
This comments was not as insightful as you thought it was
This guy would make a good object for strongmen to deadlift. He has the mass.
Eddie Hall's death towards the end of Halo: Reach was remarkably poignant
He could have said his abs tore his belt in half and I wouldn't have doubted him
Its called a belly
@@jacobm92 but bro has a beer belly and a 6 pack at the same time
You’re all witnessing the current peak of human strength
Now imagine a guy like him would out of nowhere identify as a woman and competing in women's competition, wouldnt it be soo crazy, but the gladly the society isn't that insane right?
@@dreckigerdan3739I agree that the transgenders in sports thing is ridiculous but that's not related to this video. Go find some skinny feminist saying women are stronger than men to go say that to
@@dreckigerdan3739this isnt related to the video. comment your opinion somewhere else
@@dreckigerdan3739 i agree with you but honestly bro this aint the place to comment this

I LOVE THIS COMMENTARY. Just awesome how he’s so relatable.
Yeah I don’t think you relate to him
Yeah ikr so relatable to me because i totally deadlift cars
@@ellisjones6150in the sense of feeling like I might break my back doing a personal best yes. His personal best just happens to be lifting a truck for reps.
This guy must bench at least 225
Oh yeah, at least. Maybe even 230.
Oh yeah, at least. Maybe even 235.
Kg, yeah
Not so sure, but probably more than 135
twice that
"All i had was 15 reps" lifts truck
im sure if he was hydrated he could become a professional powerlifter!
My dude that’s a throwback
You don't know Eddie hall? 😂 wow
You don't know Eddie hall? Wow 😂
I'm pretty sure you guys have not heard of hydrated Eddie Hall 😭
My back started hurting while watching this lmao
Eddie looking down: wtf mate?!
The belt looking up: mf you got this! Imma root for you!
Eddie is and always will be ‘THE BEAST’
He looks like a strong guy, he should consider competing one day.
He can lift more with no lifting belt, than I could even with 10 lifting belts 🤯
@@HEDWARDMUSIC is 30 a bit excessive? Cause that's how many I use
@@TheBestAlien clealy still a novice, 31 is peak performance
@@sat0rugojo sorry bro 😔
With one million belt you could lift the earth 😂

I broke my back
like mike thython?
My back's broke
😂😂
Nice, 🙂 everyone starts somewhere, u deadlifted my bicep curl warm up👍👍 keep going king 👑
😂😂 wtf bro.
Assume joke
People don’t understand that after a certain amount of weight the human body isn’t equipped to lift it without belts and other equipment. Getting to a level where the human body needs it means you surpassed reasonable human abilities. It’s pretty dope
The belt got scared of his strength
I'm glad I'm not the only one that closes my eyes when I start to zone in on the weight
His spine was like belt!!!! where tf are you going
Love him or hate him you have to admit that Eddie Hall is one of the top 5 strongest humans to ever set foot on this planet.
this is mildly inappropriate and there was no call for it. be better
@@notnobodynumbody5654 are you on meth?
@@notnobodynumbody5654Why is it inappropriate?
(I know nothing about this person)
How would one even classify that?
Eddie is quite possibly the strongest static lifter to ever step foot on the earth. Part of me thinks he could’ve done 515kg for the world record if he didn’t have any health problems
Bro 15 deadlifts with my warm up weight is tiring this is…… psychotic.
On the technical side of why this is so crazy, how you breath and brace your midsection and spine is completely different when you're wearing a belt, so when it falls off it completely screws up his bracing and he has to readjust in the middle of reps which is actually SUPER dangerous. What a beast.
Good progress brother, we all start somewhere.
I feel like Eddie will pay the price for these lifts in later life.
Oh yeah, he definitely will. But his living the life. Got a wife, kids, work that he loves.
@@stonewitnomoney people ruin their bodies for way shittier reasons than this
And he knows it
That’s like saying that a professional athlete will pay for playing a professional sport later in life. It’s an obvious answer.
yeah hes even mentioned in one of his vids before cant remember which one but he said he thinks hes shaved a good 10 years off his life at least maybe even more, so he definitely does know what is to come later on. Thats the reason why when he won WSM he left straight away cuz he knew the tremendous stress he was putting on his body and hes had a couple close calls in his career as a strongman as well.
He's strong af but genuinely, how is his spine still intact?
Probably isn't
Wouldn't be surprised if he herniated some shit in his back. Spinal herniations are wild, the discs between your bones get damaged and the spinal jelly either bulges the disc out, which usually ends up pressing against a nerve, or it tears and the spinal jelly gets squeezed out of the disc
Legend, kept going. There are many who would have faltered when that belt came off
This was the craziest muscle work out since he started lifting
obviously professional so is there some reason to be locking the knees backwards? It seems dangerous. The whole thing is obviously dangerous...
I wouldn’t say he’s locking them backwards. They’re just being locked out. Which is where they need to be for you do a clean rep and get a down command from the ref.
I can tell that you’re stulif by your profile pic, but there’s no such thing as locking the knees backwards son
Eddie u push it past most human power lifers go , I'm a retired power lifting, and I'm glad you are still healthy and alive ❤️
This is what is so special about Eddie, he always gave his absolute everything in his lifts, he didn't give a shit about the consequences his body might suffer later on!!! His mental fortitude is at a different level!
Bro made it look easy
This guy should try out for strongmen competitions. Seems like hes on his way up
Love it dude. I remember our talks about recovery. You’re an inspiration, I’m coming back
I know this feeling and, I love this feeling.
“You should always go all out” 10sec later: “i didn’t want to be the guy to do all 15 reps in a row”
Why don’t you finish the quote man… “I didn’t want to be the guy to do 15 reps straight away, FAILED the 15th rep” 🤦♂️
That is not what he fucking said.
u missed out i didnt want to 15 reps st8 and fail on the 15th.
“I got it done”
No excuses
Love that
Not the best mentality when you're going to pay for it with spine issues not that far ahead into the future.
Let's take a moment to recognize that, not only was he strong enough to do this, he was strong enough to physically and mentally compensate for losing the belt and all of the support it offers... And he finished what he intended.
The work it takes to get that strong. Eddie is an incredible athlete.
Obviously I'm not deadlifting the weight these men are but honestly I cannot wear a belt when deadlifting. I feel like it's harder to breath and the amount of compression on my stomach even if on loose nearly makes me sick when I try and pull. For heavy squats it's a god send but on deadlifts days I just don't bother anymore. Anyone else the same?
Edit: Thank you for the advice everyone, I'll be sure to give it all a go
try putting in different places on your stomach
Never cared for belts myself
Thats interesting I love the belt for both lifts just to brace my core against it during a heavy set. People that are uncomfortable using the belt usually don’t know how to brace correctly but since your comfortable during squats you probably have that down. I’d compare your breathing patterns on both lifts with the belt to see if theirs any difference. You could also try moving the belt alittle higher on your stomach during deadlifts since your probably hinging at the hips more to reduce pressure on ur gut. Idk tho I’m not a pro good luck!
A warning, I used deadlift without it left me with soft tissue damage and a perusing nerve which causes my back to spasm. That was 20 years ago. I still have problems to this day..
Maybe breathe in by puffing out your chest not stomach, could work
Gangster
Everytime I think Midoriya will be defeated, he pulls an aizen.
Damn. He seriously did all that under intensely large, severely excruciating pain that only he knows how to describe.
What a beast to say the least. An impressive feat under such circumstances
The mouth guard is cool
Thing is if Eddie never went for 500kg no bodied would have he set the bar for me 2017 Eddie hall is the strongest man to ever walk the planet … different mind set beast mode
He really was a damn beast
Hes going to be like olympia. Walking arounf with pain 24/7
If you need a belt of straps, don't do it......also, I've never done anything like this
Probably still good advice for most people.
Bad mindset. They're tools to help you lift safer. Keep in mind your forearms are pretty small muscles, and often give out before the main movers so, for example your upper back for pulldowns or posterior chain for deadlift. Why should I make an exercise meant for my back target my forearms the most? Use straps
@@trymatic7151 if you need a belt to lift something, it's too heavy. you can lift enough.
@@zebragoboom What if my posterior chain is stronger than my core? I want to get stronger, so why not use this valuable accessory to make sure my kidney doesn't pop out of place? Suddenly I can lift heavier way more safely
@@trymatic7151 wrong, they're a crutch to prop up a weakness
he should compete in powerlifting
now...Eddie...couldn't you have stopped after the first rep...put the belt on correctly...and then do the run?...just saying
Taking your hands off the equipment could be against the rules, even if it wasn't he had straps on so he would need to take off the straps, pick up the belt then put on the belt nice and tight also reapply the straps making sure they are done correctly also do the 15 reps in the time limit.
If he disengaged from the equipment, it was end of his turn
He could have done that but you only get 60s once the whistle has blown. It would have taken him maybe 30s to undo the straps, put the belt back on and re do the straps. and then he wouldn’t have won the event
Eddie's 1-year peak was insane. Love the guy 😍
Good man Eddie you gone through life with that mentality..go all out till you know your safe..its worked for you.
That drive is literally RARE af,
Dude's gear popped off like an anime 😂
The words its leg day came out of my mouth and this came up
LEGEND! In and out of competition!
I like to watch him winning world's strongest man. He was so impressive and absolutely a true Beast!
My back started hurting just watching this
He’s a different breed
"thought i was going to break my spine" =/= I THOUGHT I BROKE MY SPINE!!
Look at his hands. You can feel the grip strength from the other side of the screen
Tag units from the t.o.p. are the best options, you have possible units like gohan/piccolo from the U6 namekian fight and they can have a preparation mode. Also a tag ssbkk goku and evo vegeta
That truck throwing it back
Love that accent-“break my Fooking spine” 😀
bro just casually repping a truck
This guy should think about competing. Looks promising.
He seems like a strong dude, might even have some potential to lift competitively someday
He didn’t think he broke his spine he thought he was going to break it
Imagine what this guy could do if he was fully hydrated
I get back pain just watching this
Bro I can’t imagine the pain
His spine did not break but the belt's sure did😂
This is power
Anytime I've ever hurt my back, I was wearing a deadlift belt
That was hard core
As someone's who's only 32, has had a permanently damaged back since his mid 20s, and has already had back surgery once, trust me when I say that whatever you're doing that's putting extreme strain on your back is not worth it. Unless you like constantly having a stiff, sore back, sciatic nerve pain that shoots down your leg almost always, numbness in your toes, and partial loss of muscle control in the affected leg.
Eddie doesn't need to do parallel parking, he just basically go in at an angle and lift one side of the car perfectly into the parking spot
He didn't bleed from his nose; that's when you know Eddie is not giving his all.
Imagine if he was hydrated AND with a proper belt.
He is an inspiration to weight lifting
When a belt pops out 9999/10000 men will stop, bewildered what's gone wrong. And wonder why it's so much harder. This is Super impressive!!!
Dam imagine what he couldve done if he was hydrated.
I’d never risk my back for pride
Hes a legend ❤❤
Watching this broke my back
This is the guy that pushes so hard to excel, he has passed out !👍🏼
To be honest though lots of guys (and girls) push themselves so hard on deadlifts they pass out.
This is why training beltless can come in handy in unexpected situations
Good thing that Eddie hall is the king of deadlift
Willpower is God, second only to necessity.
And this man's will is made of far sterner stuff than steel.
This dude could throw me until I become a famous missing person case.
Actually first rep popped the belt and it fell off at rep 3
What a beast to have kept going with the added risks
A picture of hippos muscle anatomy is this guy
I mean we all have to start somewhere, if he keeps training he will be a beast someday
we all start somewhere
Bro had atleast one more in the tank
“all i had to do was 15 reps”
The belt that fell off was just his external one. His internal one was still working hard.
