@disruptibebuilds you should make a small steam engine they are actually really cheap and far more effective than windmills and water wheels (Batsy von Fangies has really good tutorials)
Little tip for create it’s much easier if you build the farm/devices/vaults first and then the structure around it, especially since the recipes and the amount of machines you will need to make them efficiently will start getting bigger. Think in terms of the lumber mill. Build the farms, belts and vaults first and then the structure so you don’t have a mess of belts going under and over in a knot.
I'd like to see a full auto alloy production plant some time in the future. Also steam engines are great for the rest of the game, I would recommend using them from now on (unless something else looks nicer ofc). They are very cheap for the power they give. a simple advice for when you are going to start trains : automate rails and train cassings, those take 3 steps each and you need a LOT of these. also yes, signals works like in factorio

Add a iron farm you make a Stone farm/make a cobbelstonefarm with lava and Water and take a drill there then you turn them in to gravel and then you can wash them with a fan to Get iron nuggets and take them and make atomatic iron
Create a Rail Factory with Rail Yard. Rail Factory will Produce all Type of Rail Tracks and Rail Yard will have Multiple Junction Just Like Thomas and Trains and with This Yard you'll be able to Create Multiple Trains. Keep Buliding Love From India❤❤

Maybe you should use more standard gauge coming in to stations and for short trips, like lumber and iron delivery. Then small gauge around the factory to transport items, and large gauge for long trips.

You can use a chute and a chest on the crushing wheels to dispense stuff. Awesome work 😊
you def need Create deco for catwalks!! also you can place a hopper going into the deployer if you ever need
Have you thought about drawers for storage? You won’t need frames as it shows the item and how many you have on the outside.
