Awesome choice, I love the way the Cherryburst looks too! I had some Brandonwound pickups installed in my Tele Thinline 72 with 1 Meg potentiometers, that made that guitar sound much wider and open sound! For the Starcaster i plan on experimenting with another brand such as Mojotone or Lollar. I think Lollar would be the best sounding pickup from those, but it is also more expensive. You should also check the Seymour Duncan Custom Shop one, I've heard good things about it. Also, make sure to upgrade the electronics if you change the pickups. Happy Holidays!
