All I can say is "thanks a million!" I was fed up with our quite new "electronic" washing machine suddenly sounding like the house was falling down! I suspected an internal problem with the tub - and your video came right up. I can't thank you enough! You have a new subscriber. 🙂

Thanks Bro! My washer, a Kenmore 80 series is on its last legs. Then I see my next-door neighbor having a brand new washer being delivered. Once the truck left and their old Whirlpool washer was still sitting in their driveway, I went over and asked them if they would mind if I took it to my house (right across the street) because my washer was banging and slamming around during spin cycle. They told me "have at it, we have a new one", So I two-wheeled it across the street, got on RUclips, found your video, and now I have myself a pretty much brand new washer! Thank You, Man You saved me a ton of money and schooled me on how to fix up old washers.! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I fixed my shocks (suspension rods), by jamming upholstery foam about 2 1/2" thick by 12" square in the corners. It is keeping my machine from violently shaking now. It works very well now. Hope this help others. Make a video and post it. No need to replace the rods!

I did everything I could, New suspentions rods, new acuator motor, pulled the agitator and pulled all the change out of the drain holes, thought this may help drain.ran diagonsis said lid switch was bad replaced it, bought the new hub nut and wrench but at this point the best decision I have ever made was to load it up and take it to the dump and hurl it out the back of the truck, then went to costco and bought a new one. Happy Wife Happy life.

Man i did the repair with shocks, it took about 15-20min. It worked great for a few days and then the shaking came back! After watching your video I realized i must have done something wrong, so I looked again and I guess one of the plastic pieces came off from the top of the hook, i just put back and added a load, well see if makes a difference.

This is my exact machine. I just removed the tubs to deep clean, due to years of pet hair build up. 😛. Came out beautifully clean. Now its banging as if the devil is trying to escape hell, via my washing machine. It won’t spin all the water out, so my clothes smell…again. I never knew about testing the pump. I’ll do that, then change the shocks.
