Real talk. I really dig this format focusing on everyone. I loved the pod from the beginning but I've grown to really love the crew, so seeing everyone just sit down together in a more casual fashion is so nice.
Great job on finding such an amazing group of people, truly feels like a family.

yeah i said that too when I began taking vicodin here and there bc it helped me not care about any emotional stuff in my life. Opiates have a habit of numbing all the negative emotions at first, which helps you 'focus' on your work. then I blinked and I was losing my entire life to IV heroin addiction. i hope if he's being serious he gets some help before it gets to the point where stopping is no longer a simple choice, and the harder and more dangerous opiates begin to sound less scary since they'll cater to his growing tolerance.

All too familiar with opiate addiction and I was thinking the exact same thing when he talked about it helping him focus.. Yea I thought I was sooo focused too until My life spiraled out of control and I had a $200.00 a day heroin addiction and wondered where the last 15 years have gone. Really hope for Logans sake and the people that actually care about him he gets the help he needs. It's no joke it can start off so small and seem so harmless and before your even aware that it's out of control you can't get out of bed or function without the drug being within arms reach.
@@karid.4371 trust me i couldn't understand more. i got sepsis 3 times in a row, nearly died twice within two months, got 10+ abscesses at one point (killed all my veins and was muscling), needed surgery, etc, and s still in none of those moments could I stop for a moment. none of it was enough to stop no matter how much i wished i could. before i got introduced to heroin I never ever would've thought this could be me. obviously you know the story, but i'm sorry that you do. I hope you're doing well now. never forget how strong you are for still being here through that all and still continuing to fight for yourself! i'm 7 months into sobriety again after a really horrible relapse and i'm hoping it sticks this time. but one thing i know for sure is i'll always be an addict. that experience changed me for life and i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I really hope him and anyone else who finds the beginning to be something fun and alluring get out before it ruins everything, because it will.

If opioids are helping Logan to focus, then he's already addicted. That's the entire thing. When you hear that addicts get sick when they're not on the drug, that includes the mental aspect. You literally have trouble concentrating, etc.

I had gotten 6 years clean under my belt after uprooting my life and moving to a small town in the mountains to get away from the accessibility I had living in Oakland CA. All it took was one person coming into my work and asking me “hey man you wanna smoke some black with me after work?” To throw those years of being clean rite out the window. Didn’t even think twice. It’s such a brutal addiction.

I’ve got a couple suggestions for this game in the future.
The first being that if no one laughs for a video, the video chooser must take a bite.
The other thing is as the dishes come out, everyone should put a serving on their plate. Whether they take a bite or not depends, obviously. But it’s now there staring everyone in the face. And by the end it will be a full plate of food with all the dishes on one plate.
Not a bad idea I’d watch it 😂

I noticed Ethan had said blue Buffalo was a high quality food. Do some research on that. It’s actually terrible for your dogs. Some recent studies have put blue buffalo on the map for causing dcm (dilated cardiomyopathy) in dogs. It’s also terrible for other reason but that’s the gist. Coming to you live from a veterinary technician, don’t feel your dogs blue buffalo

I’m finally getting to watch this episode and I gotta say the whole Shaun glitch segment from Ethan’s video KILLED ME. Couldn’t stop laughing lmfaoo
I work in a research lab, basically helping study vaccines and infections. I was supposed to wrap up my work on Monday and go spend time with family on Thanksgiving, but a big experiment that I’ve been setting up and preparing for two months was not ready to conclude, so I had to cancel all my plans, and I have been in lab since 7am yesterday. I’m spending my second night at the lab today. It’s like 3am, and I have an hour break to have some food, some coffee, and a bit of rest. I think I should be done in like 8-10 hours and can go home and sleep. Having this show, H3TV, Leftovers, and OTR, has been sooo helpful in keeping my spirits up. I hope I get to watch after dark at home. Thank you to Ethan, Hila, and the crew for amazing shows. I know you are goofing around, but also there is clearly so much effort and work behind the scenes to make this so fun and entertaining. You guys make a difference in my life.
