The more time I spend reading RUclips comments the more I realize I move in a seemingly disjointed but closed circle of unrelated content that somehow makes sense... I mean: "That was what I was thinking!"
Tim, I remember first seeing your wonderful vids and thinking your channel will do very well, it has, well done. Wonderful content, magnificently presented.
This vedio is far better than the one of Nobel physics prize of 2016 about topological physics. Tim clearly show What's the Continuously Transformation of a set/manifold.
This is one of the few channels I've been watching for a long time that I watch on a consistent basis. I don't think I'll ever get tired/bored of these videos! Don't ever stop, Tim!
I absolutely love this channel! I was wondering, though, in the future could you possibly put links to each of the available products in the video description? I've been hunting for a hexaflexagon pendant like the one in this video for my gf's birthday. I've been unable to locate the artist or something like it thus far. Listed the products in each video (where applicable) could help to sell more items in the Grand Illusions store and support the artists that make them! Just thought that might be a mutually beneficial suggestion, for you and your viewers alike. :)
Saw "Hexaflexagon" and immediately thought of John Conway (Omni magazine contributor) and his mathematical "toys" including the folding "flexagons" which also inspired the plot of Piers Anthony's "Orn, Ox, Omnivore" book trilogy. Thanks, Tim, for memory triggers!
I was given a hexaflexagon as a Christmas gift in the 1980's. Spent ages contemplating how it moved and thinking whether a molecule could be made to do that, and if so would it be useful for chelating or even for charge or ion transfer, specifically could this topology be used to push a chemical reaction uphill? I suspected something based on crown ethers might be possible candidates.
I'm fascinated by these. Any advice where I could find them for sale? Especially the smaller ones. I could see myself clearing a lot of things off my desk to make room. Any input would really be appreciated.
I wonder if Tim ever replies to comments, I know from personal experience it’s a big job reading through them sometimes. I had a couple of viral videos which gained my channel millions of views, for a busy man I’d think there isn’t time.
Tim, just saw you in the background of an interview video from SPIEL DOCH in Duisburg. Did Grand Illusions have a booth there? If so, I could kick myself for not attending ...
I hope Tim knows how much his audience loves and respects him.
Nicee
Noice
I'm not sure why I was surprised that Tim had a smartphone.
Well he's stated he doesn't own a tv once so I was kinda surprised
Smartphone from the Nile.
Could be one of the camera crew's phone.
:-)
CAMSLAYER13, I haven't owned a TV for 10+ years and am by no means a technophobe or anything like it
Vi Hart would be proud, Tim!
DanTheStripe - yesss, I'm in such good company here
I knew there's be a Vi comment here.

I mean: "That was what I was thinking!"
YAY
This channel is the cure for anxiety
1:00 Did he just unironically use the phrase "methinks"? God I love this man.
I love this. Tim wastes no time but packs all the time he can into each individual item while still wasting no time.
That last thing may very well be the worlds most complicated Venn diagram...
Underated clever comment
"veh"
Tim touched a smart phone! Somehow all of space time didn't collapse in on itself, phew.
don't worry - it doesn't belong to Tim! It was on a short term loan :-)
Had it turned out to belong to him I believe my whole concept of reality would have been challenged :P
Man, this is the best channel on RUclips right now ❤️
Arthur Alexandre C. Totally agree with you!
olá reconheço tugas a km de distancia

Love all of your videos, great to see another eternal child like myself❣️❣️❣️❣️
Tim, I remember first seeing your wonderful vids and thinking your channel will do very well, it has, well done. Wonderful content, magnificently presented.

Wow. These are amazing. Beautiful creations. Thanks for sharing Tim! :-)
Totally love them all but the the last one is my favorite!
Same that thing looked like an event horizon or something
This vedio is far better than the one of Nobel physics prize of 2016 about topological physics. Tim clearly show What's the Continuously Transformation of a set/manifold.
Tim your videos are great! I could watch you for hours not just minutes. :-)
This is one of the few channels I've been watching for a long time that I watch on a consistent basis. I don't think I'll ever get tired/bored of these videos!
Don't ever stop, Tim!

Heya, I wanna say that all your toys are awesome! And this is awesome to, love your videos and always relax me.
There is nothing I would want more than Homemovies by Tim! :)
I think you got your wish (to some extent anyway)
That mobious loop, give one to cliff stol
from circle to sphere to 2D flower to 3D flower to 2 D flower to sphere to circle again.
LOVE IT
Honestly seeing tim so happily recount his days with his friends was the highlight of my day
This entire video is Tim playing with a family of Tesseracts.
I'd probably never play with the last one for fear of not getting it too tangled up :D
Maybe a very large hexaflexagon would make a nice changeable piece of furniture. Perhaps it could be braced for a table base or storage cubes.
ancilodon if I were you I'd get on the phone to Ikea and demand royalties
Hierophant Ha! I almost put an IKEA reference in my previous comment
Interesting.

Thanks, Tim, for memory triggers!
Great fiddling as always Tim!
The last object 4:55 is basically a MULTIDIMENSIONAL visual aid... it goes from 2d , 3D and finally 4/5 dimensions!!!!
Truly remarkable
Instantaneous like for a great channel.
Like it? I LOVE the toys of this episode! ☺ I'd like to have such a wire fiddler myself.
Lovely collection Tim
I would watch Tim's home movies all day.
I thought the "worm" looked like Texas at first.. I was like "is that a Texaflexagon??"
Like actually or as excuse to make this pun?
Cap673
does it matter? Take the pun, be happy, live life
As Ad Bin Emran No, but I want to know.
Cap673
Taking apart a joke is like disecting a frog.
You dont learn much and the frog dies
As Ad Bin Emran Yeah but I'm overly inquisitive and can't help myself.
That last wire one was great! Thanks!
Tim killin it with the toy/jewellery corssover
Perhaps I could making some home movies - I'd love to see a Tim daily vlog
3.37 "I might start making home videos" WTF!!! Corona Prediction!!!! He knew it!!!!
That last one looks like magic, lol 💜
Tim's officially the best being in the world
one of the best episodes. amazing.

Thumbs up Tim!

The cube which forms 2 great big gashes is most surprising!
I would love to see a video about a day in the live of Tim.
I'm fascinated by these. Any advice where I could find them for sale? Especially the smaller ones. I could see myself clearing a lot of things off my desk to make room. Any input would really be appreciated.
I really like your videos!
Yes Tim, I do like it.
I just found this lovely little channel.
Like Ashens but classier!
(Love you Ashens senpai 😘)
Ah, my favorite Yes album, Tales From Topological Twisters!
You should provide links where we can purchase some of these pieces :)
That hexaflexagon in the jewlery box looked like a 4th dimensional wedding ring.
Watching this gives me the feeling that Tim would love the vulcan game _Kal-toh._
I wonder where does he keep all that stuff and how does he make it to keep them all clean and out of dust.
I wonder if Vi Hart subscribes to this channel.
love this guy tbf
Tim is everyone kindly grampa
I would love to see your home movie!
I wonder if Tim ever replies to comments, I know from personal experience it’s a big job reading through them sometimes.
I had a couple of viral videos which gained my channel millions of views, for a busy man I’d think there isn’t time.
Thanks for the videos.
I love his voice. He would be a good santa
I like the way he talks
Yay, Tim!
How did tim get so big tho
This man is my form of ASMR
What is the name of the first toy he shows and where to buy it?
Yes! A new video!
It's like watching God shape the universe.
yes the hexaflexagons are back!!!
this is a fantastic video!!!! ;-)
Cool! I'm even before the first comment ;) Thumbs up!
Time, you're amazing!
Someday long after humans have gone extinct, an alien civilization is going to find Tim's collection and wonder what the hell it was for.
What a tongue twister of a title.

Watch out tim's cameraman, tim's phone have got a camera now.
The fact people can enjoy dumb toys like that at that age gives me hope and pride in humanity.
Tim loves a great big gash.
special heavy mathematic, i love that! ;>
I do like it!
Nice
Tommorrow i will bring a giant plain dodechahedron to school.
AND NOBODY CAN STOP ME
I thought that first thing was an egg stand for Easter Eggs.
Why can’t I find any DIYs online??
It actually has two 2D forms.... the circle and the flat complex form
We're nearly at the 2 million views :D
Tim broke his slinky again.
O yes , of course
