This will be the 4th time cut, after 3 back surgeries. 2 were with fusion. I’m suffering 8 years. Done everything I guys recommend to no avail. Sitting and going to sleep is extremely inflammatory. I got mine on Amazon. The brand I got starts with “DGY”- I had great luck with it on my feet, but I think at one point I was harming my feet because I was doing 20 minutes three times a day. I have reduced that to 10 minutes twice a day, which feels much better.

My husband is getting ready to start treatment with EB-N3. Were curious how effective this treatment is for neuropathy. Thank you for all you do for so many people suffering with nerve pain.

i have near infrared light and it has helped with the pain on my face. I use it on my feet but somehow helps the nerve pain in my face too :)

Do you have to stimulate with infrared also at L4/L5/S1 when you expect that there is a nerve compression at that spot.

Glad I came across this. Diagnosed in July this year with OA. The red light therapy became painful to my hands. I'll switch to stepping it up.
