I got 2 mugetsu on step 5, I also believe Rukia is a most likely 9th anniversary due to the ice on the building's/the ive fog that rolls in, then threw the video it shows an eye of a female charavter that closely resembles Rukia's eye, then the cracking of the 9th anniversary at the end to me resembles Rukia begining to crack after she uses her Bankia.
