Hi! It's too bad you are getting that an error message. Narita Express goes every 30min from Narita to Shinjuku. I have never seen that it's sold out.

Do you recommend getting the NEX round trip ticket if we are only staying in Tokyo for less than 7 days? We are staying in Shibuya. If so, do we select a time for our travel back to the Narita airport when we get the round trip ticket or can we choose that time when we are leaving? Also, does Narita Express run early in the morning? As our flight back will be early.

Yes I do recommend getting this round trip ticket! You can pick when and what time when you go back to Narita Airport at the ticket vending machine. So you don't have to do anything for return ticket when you arrive. And the first Nex from Shibuya is 6:01, you'd be at Narita airport around 7:15.

There are no baggage restrictions. There are three locations: the luggage storage area right at the entrance (5:48), the space under your feet, and the space above your head.
Hi! For the basic fare + limited express ticket, is it both on just one ticket? Since the machine prints out two, do we use both tickets or do we only have to use one of them to go through Narita gates + Shinjuku gates? Thanks so much!
Hi! Thanks for watching. If your final destination is same as Narita express stop, you just get on ticket. If your final destination is somewhere but not same as Narita express stop, you will get two tickets. You only need the basic fare ticket to go though the gate!

There is no need to buy a round-trip ticket. However, round-trip tickets are discounted.

Hello! Just wanted to ask your best advise on my flight situation;)- flight arrival at Narita is at 8:00pm. Undecided whats best train to take going to Shin-okubo/ Shinjuku.
Worried if 1.5 hrs is enough to get through immigration to luggage before we can get tickets to trains;)

The last Narita Express train to Shinjuku leaves at 21:44. Also, the bus to Shinjuku runs until around 23:00.

Great video. Exactly on point. So its around 3k yen in one direction? And 6k for round ticket to Shinjuko. Well maybe NEX round Tokyo ticket its much worth it then. Its cheaper then normal ticket in both ways, and you can use the train for 14 days and travel within Shinjuko, Shibuya, Tokyo Station, Yokohama etc.

The best way to get Narita from Osaka is taking Shinkansen to Tokyo Sta and transfer to Narita Express to Narita airport!

We will be going to Shinjuku on arrival to Narita and on our way back we will becoming from Kyoto. So, I assume we will board Narita express at Tokyo station.

Yes. This train takes you to Shinjuku Station directly. No transfer.
So initially I thought we would have to get off the train and back on halfway to Shinjuku. Is this not true? Also it seems important to board car 7-11?
Narita Express goes directly Tokyo, Shinagawa, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Car No 1 -6 goes Yokohama and 7 -11 goes to Shinjuku. This train will split at Tokyo station.

Hi, thanks for watching! You can buy a Nex ticket any JR stations. You can buy it from vending machines or ticket office. You can book a ticket when you buy it.

It's spacious, but you can get to the ground quickly. There are many signs in easy-to-understand English.
Can we buy this ticket after landing? Or do we have to buy this well in advance on any online portal?
You can buy it online, but it's ok to buy it when you arrive!
Say I buy a JR pass and make a reservation for a bullet train seat.
What if I miss that train? Do I have to make a reservation again for the next train?
You have to cancel it and need to make a reservation again!
