    I really think with these and Gobis and similar that a lot of the wear/fitment difference between models/colors/styles comes down to the material of the upper, and even the leather used since it can be variable over time and shoe to shoe. I've a pair of Gobi Lux with a thicker full grain lighter brown that aren't bigger but feel bigger due to the way the upper moves compared with two others. And my moc pair is a waxy finish with feels different yet again. With the barefoot shoes I think we're more sensitive to how subtle structure changes feel... changes you just wouldn't notice in the same way in a more traditional shoe that doesn't move the same way with and around the foot.

      Yeah I think you’re right to be honest. And, for me anyway, I usually like a slightly looser feel (most of the time) so any additional snugness or stiffness etc I am very sensitive too and quite picky about.

    Thanks for the review - how do you find the sizing compared to the Ra II. Always find sizing with Vivo between styles a bit hit and miss perosnally, but have a great, comfortable fit with the Ra II, so hoping it follows over to the Ra III. Cheers.

      Yeah I’d say the sizing is pretty consistent. Maybe airing on the larger size rather than being shorter or narrower. 👌🏻
      Definitely the wider of their shoes 👍🏻👍🏻

      I have a pair of Ra II in EU 45 and bought a pair of Ra III in the same size, but they were too big. So how is your experience?

    • @harrisonmudge
      @harrisonmudge  7 месяцев назад

      Yeah it depends what you class as too big. I think they do feel a little bit looser than the II but I prefer the space. It’s good to have some extra length for your feet to move but sounds like it’s almost a complete size above what you needed?
      I’m on the top end of their scale (EU 49 I think) so my issue is more the variance in size between styles. If it’s too small I can’t go any bigger.
      But the Ra III is still a good fit for me

    Funny how Suede makes some vivos looks better. Returned my Gobi black leather cuz the style was meh, but I love the Gobi Midnight (suede). Still assessing if I will cop these honeys but your review really helped. Thanks!

      Thanks for the comment, really appreciate it. Yeah I know what you mean. These are my first suede pair, I’m just a little concern how long they’ll last but we shall see.
      How do you find your suede Gobi have lasted?

      @@harrisonmudge Too early to tell, I copped them half-price at SportPursuit a few weeks ago. Keep up with your videos mate!

      How have they been treating y'all?

      @bangbangcabrera not bad. I haven’t worn them much recently now we’re in the winter months though, so will be saving them for summer next year now.

    I'm looking for a pair for the office and dates and such, really liking the honey suede look, but i don't see the RAs on the website, only the Gobi 🤔

    • @harrisonmudge
      @harrisonmudge  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hmm. They may be out of stock as they’re a regular. Worth checking back in a few days as they’re the ideal one for your situation for sure.
      Not sure if the suede is a seasonal version though

      @@harrisonmudge I've been checking for two weeks or so now, only see black, sandstone (also not bad, but would prefer honey) and black/brown 🤔 I suppose gobi threes wouldn't be bad either as I'm usually in cooler climates

      @harrisonmudge  7 месяцев назад

      @Lucaemar yeah it’s likely seasonal colour then unfortunately

    Love the look of these shoes! Just curious, do you reckon there's much difference between liquiproof and Crep Protect? Not sure if I should switch to liquiproof

    • @harrisonmudge
      @harrisonmudge  Год назад

      I’ve not had the opportunity to compare the two so can’t really speak on Crep Protect. I went with Liquiproof as it just used natural ingredients. Not sure if the other does too but that was the decider for me and it seems to be doing a good job so far.

    I have a pair of the primus lite knit, would you recommend the same size for these also? Just want to make sure since some models can run small or large etc. Thanks!

    • @harrisonmudge
      @harrisonmudge  Год назад +1

      I’d say go for the same size. These are nice and roomy but you still want the length so stick with what you usually have and you shouldn’t have an issue 👌🏻

    If there is 100day free trial, how can we be sure we are getting a new pair when you buy them new?

    • @harrisonmudge
      @harrisonmudge  11 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah I have thought about this too. But after wearing a pair for even a short length of time they develop creases and general signs of use which you’d notice.
      I you try them on and return them immediately there’s no reason why they couldn’t be recirculated maybe but I don’t know if that’s something they do. But their revivo service if for used shoes so my assumption is they all go straight over to Revivo for this reason, so they don’t have to get rid of anything that get a returned.
