I think your videos are exceptional, I'm getting into shadow work to improve my work with university students struggling with mental illness after finding that I get alot of value from doing this kind of work and want to do this full time. My students tell me that they get more from our sessions than their councelling or therapy but sometimes I feel that I can work their problems but not my own and think this could be a bridge to benefit both these areas. Thank you for doing this I have severe dyslexia and your work resonates so much with me far beyond anything I try to read

Mohammed, thank you so much for sharing that. I felt the same way when I dropped out of counseling school- I’d been doing shadow work on myself and was used to how quickly it could heal patterns - and was shocked at how ineffective traditional therapy typically was. Deep bow to you for the courage to keep diving into your own shadows as you help others to heal. 💗

@@catherineliggetthealing I've always felt the the need to ease the suffering of others came from the inherent need to ease the suffering within myself and in some small way seeing others find succour would give me hope that I could too. I know it will be a long journey for me but it speaks to my truth and right now thats all I need it to do

Hey Catherine, really like your content.
I just want to share some ideas that may be helpful for you. These are just my thoughts, so you can take it for what it is.
If you are looking to get greater reach on RUclips, you may want to try and play "the RUclips game" as much as you can within reason.
What I mean by this is reverse engineering people like Teal Swan and The Diamond Net using a tool like VidIQ to see their keyword usage,
how their constructing their videos, and the topics they are covering.
There are certain "levers" that need to be pulled in order to extend one's reach online. You can obviously still have your unique style, and bring your
authentic self to the table, but fortunately or unfortunately, the one's who play "with" the game rather than not, are the one's who will have the
most reach and most impact across a larger audience.
Just my thoughts as I've been around the online marketing scene for many years. Maybe you don't want to grow your influence online to be
as big as theirs (and instead just want to have your RUclips channel not as a tool to introduce people to your work, but have existing people
get to know you better), but I would really take a deep look at that and contemplate what you may be missing on the table if you
don't do these extra things to feed the RUclips algorithm what it wants.
