I imagine Warren has all the high-end gear for commercial projects but the rest of us will never own stuff like that. after watching this performance of the Tune(which I have never heard before), like 20 times,,, I want to say this performance was absolutely wonderful . The richness preserved throughout totally making the content palatable and tasty... the artistry is excellent. Kijafa's vocal is awesssssome. Please if they have other cuts or an album please hook us up. They hopefully are getting some recognition.

I have a question. I have an ID44, which I know you have as well. I recently bought an SSL Fusion, and have gone from Digital to Hybrid. I was told I should run one of my Stereo outs for my monitors into the SSL Fusion, and then from the SSL Fusion back into imports 3 & 4 of my ID44. Okay, this works fine, but I also lose 2 imports. :( Couldn´t I also use the Sends, and Returns instead? I have 3 x sets of speakers, so I bought an Audient Nero to be able to use them. I just ordered, and am waiting for an Audient SP 8, so that I´ll have more imports. That will give me at least 10 inputs. Though it would be nice to have ALL 12. I´m also ordering a Tegeler Creme, to go with the SSL Fusion, and was wondering why you never reviewed the SSL Fusion. Anyway, shouild your reply to this, Thank you a head of time. :)

did you use the ADAT for multitrack recording?it was not mentioned how you did the routing ?i mean its good to name the mics brand and so and effects but a bit more specific about the routing of them would be even better .. got the ID14 MKII ..great piece..will never regret it😏
The Iridium is useless for me if I run an angus or EVH tone...I must use delays and verbs "in the box" which is just stupid forethought especially Australia they were $1000. @@anlaik you're right. I was about to sell my Fireface UCX because I'm using a 2011 Mac Mini, so my strategy was sell it to get a Mac Mini M2 Pro and get a cheap audio interface.
@@anlaik my go was m4 but then I checked the real test and at 48khz sample rate and 128 and above buffer size, RTL performs bad in comparison to other interfaces in that price range. It performs good in 192khz and 64 buffer size or below. But it's almost impossible to work with those values. Also checked many bad reviews about drivers instability, then I became doubty about motu. Plus: here in Brazil we don't have the return costumer law.
If someone could please enlighten me.. he mentioned automation using the volume knob and id button and so just to be clear: Can you write automation for a vocal? I just need a straightforward yes or no
YES... I don't have the unit but based on the other demos I believe the answer is yes. You can set the volume knob as an encoder and use that to create volume automation in your DAW.

Midi is nice though, but in my case I already have a cheaper USB box that has been working for a decade. In theory I guess you could get a line straight to a converter on the SSL, but that would require a different adv.
Is that line noise on the bass DI just from the bass itself? Interesting that I don't hear it on the amp track of the bass but on the DI there is quite a bit of noise. Really tempted to buy this (from you actually lol) to try it out but some of the noise and artifacts I've heard through some of the tracks makes me hesitant. So was just curious if something else in the signal chain was causing that and not the interface itself.
Specs don't tell everything, sound from real world use is the litmus test. I'm very curious to hear a/b comparisons. That being said I'm sure it is a fantastic unit and I may purchase one in the near future if feedback in the community is positive.
That’s unfortunate. I’ve had 14 of them, we use the iD44 every day on every demo and mix we do. The Evo for every audio on the video recorded and we travel with them as well everywhere worldwide. I recommend them because I have real world experience with them. Every demo we do with Mics or Mic Pres going through the iD44
Nice sound, another fine interface from Audient - moooooore product to sell. But horrible song (lyrics like that are absolutely inappropriate to say the least🤬) & poor vocalist choice, IMHO/for my taste.

I noticed the iD24 has a 500k ohm instrument input whereas the iD44 uses a 1M ohm input. Why and what difference can be expected from that?

when it comes to RTL/drivers RME is unbeatable, but also pricey..

This doesn't seem like an upgrade to me. I'd rather have the id22 if it weren't for the design flaw that killed everyone's units.

But horrible song (lyrics like that are absolutely inappropriate to say the least🤬) & poor vocalist choice, IMHO/for my taste.
way to bassy everything not clear all blured together and rumbuly to much low end everywhere drums not tuned right very flabby look at mix on a scope maybe tune is in wrong key does not sound like your mix warren on your channel clarity and fidelity not in there for this song

Warren...... i'm thinking of moving out of my 4 bedroom 2 and a half bath with pool and spa to move to TiaJuana .....To work ON my band 'KILLSTARSIXX" youtube sound......I have 14 songs , a goth/metal look, the drum sound and guitars and some songs with a Steve Severin bass sound........And some songs i want a funky groovy bass sound i want...I want full creative control...So far it's just me......I need to find musicians that can do what i say.......And NOT go crazy at the same time.....Because i know exactly what i want.......I have enough money to take care of myself.....And have a nice car and don't mind driving to L.A for a week or two at a time to work with you Warren......Let me know Warren....
