Sweet Corn Veg Soup

SWEET CORN VEGETABLE SOUP
1.Sweet corn - 1
2. Chopped Carrot -2 tbsp
3. Chopped Beans -2 tbsp
4. Chopped Cabbage -2 tbsp
5.Salt - to taste
6.Chopped Ginger and Garlic -1/2 +1/2 tsp
7.Chopped green chili -1
8.Chopped Big Onion -1/4 of 1
9.Chopped celery -1 stem
10.Butter -2 tsp
11.Vinegar -1 tsp
12.Lemon juice -1/2 tsp
13.Sugar - ½ -1 tsp
14.Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
15.Soya sauce 1 1 ½ tsp
16.Chopped Coriander -1 tbsp
17.Corn starch -1 -1/2 tbsp
Preparation
1.Boil well or pressure cook the raw corn, open, grind half, crush the other
half. Set aside separate.
2.Heat the butter, sauté ginger garlic 1 mts only, just sauté onion,
Green chili and the vegetables.
3.Add 4-5 cups water, let boil 5 mts, add ground corn first through a
Sieve, again boil 5 mts, add crushed corn, boil, add salt, pepper powder sugar.
4.Add vinegar, a little lemon juice and the soya sauce, add chopped celery,
add corn starch solution, stir boil 2-3 mts and serve sprinkling
chopped coriander.
