  • George Griner volunteers for the American Red Cross, alongside his wife Missy, to help people affected by home fires. As members of their local Red Cross Disaster Action Team, the Griners respond to these disasters - the most frequent in the U.S. - to provide comfort and urgent support, such as securing a safe place for displaced families to stay. “It makes me feel good that I know that I’ve helped somebody,” George said.
