    I hope you all keep coming out with more accessories. I'd like to see a rear captains chair with a little more reclined back for older kids and small adults.

    It'd be cool if it had like a latching system to make it quicker to switch between the cargo basket and the handrail for example

      That's a great suggestion!

      Btw I'm looking into getting thumb screws to attempt to make switching toolless. Not sure i'd call it quick release but as is I don't think I'll ever use the large rear basket because it's such a pain to put on and take off

    I don’t see why the seat pads can’t be used independently. What if I’m carrying an adult? I can’t use the handrails for that can I. I only need the seat pads

      you can totally install the lower seat pad without the handrails. I've done it on my own bike. Hell, the seat pad even came bundled with my bike without the handrails!

    Are you able to have the rear rack basket and the pannier bags installed at the same time, or is the rear rack basket too wide?

    • @jamesclawson9243
      @jamesclawson9243 Год назад +1

      I think I've seen other videos showing that you can. But the bags are almost flush with the basket so I'm concerned it'd be difficult to load

    • @JegErAlan
      @JegErAlan Год назад

      I installed panniers with the back rack yesterday. Since you can pull the front of the pannier out to put items in (and take them out), it works…and I think pretty well. The only quirk I ran into is that most of the velcro straps seem a bit long for where your are supposed to wrap them, but that isn’t ‘cause of the back rack.
      I was also really happy in how easy it was to remove and reattach the back rack. Other than the straps issue (which you can get past by double-wrapping/etc.), it was pretty impressive.

      @@JegErAlan The back rack isn't quick release is it? Do you have to bolt it down?

    • @JegErAlan
      @JegErAlan Год назад +2

      @@jamesclawson9243 Yes, it is bolted, but only two front, two back. The bolts you see on top are just for the liner.

    I would like to know if hand rail and pannier set and bamboo board can be installed simultaneously.

      Since we have not tested these all together, we would not be able to confirm.

    Great video. But can we figure out a good place to mount the Garmin Varia? I guess it must go over the tail light.

    Will the front basket be available again? It looks more sleek than the bag but I’m not seeing it on your website. And are you planning on coming out with a half seat pad for when a child seat is installed? Not sure how my 4YO is supposed to sit in front of his little
    brother without some butt support. Looking forward to our bikes arriving soon!

    Can you use the backrest of the seat pad as a smaller seat pad if we decide to add on the baby seat?

    • @AventonBikesVideos

      No, sorry.

    • @BrentDaughertyMe
      @BrentDaughertyMe Год назад +1

      I did it but it's serving as a foot rest for the baby seat at the moment. It's not attached as firmly as it would be in the correct position.

    This is using an older model Abound as the one I just bought (July '24) does not have the side rail. This is the case with other demo videos. Please update them.
