I love your attention to detail! My favorite parts are when you snip off the cuticle in one long piece, and when you go in with the tiny brush to make sure the nail is completely painted 😄
It’s really interesting the way so many techs don’t understand the basics of the skill they’ve learned. There are good ways to do every job and being a nail tech is no different. Do the nails the way you would want to wear them. If it’s not good enough for you it’s not good enough for the client. 🌸💅🏼😊
I watch them at bed because I get so relaxed and my mind is clear from everything that happened in the day to appreciate and learn from the vid. Then I go to sleep relaxed, inspired and motivated to practice.
If you were my nail tech, I don't care how long I'd have to wait or how ratchet my nails got to looking, you're the only one who would ever touch them! Also, LOVE that sparkly grey polish!
You are one of the most underrated nail master that I’ve ever seen! You are amazing and your voice is so soothing to listen to. Not to mention how much knowledge you share in each video. Seriously keep killing it! I wish one day to get my nails done by a master like yourself.
You are so good at what you do!!!! I’ve learned so much from you! I started watching your Russian channel first and because of that, I know some Russian words!!! LOL THANK YOU for making this channel, I continue to learn every time I watch! 💅🏼😍
Hello Tatyana! Loved the color of this manicure, so elegant. Tell your customer that she has beautiful hands and nails, like for modeling. When you showed her nails just with the base I had a little good envy 🥺. But she's on the right hands with you haha. Seeing the preparation process of the nails has educated me so much, now I pay great attention to how nail techs prep their customer's nails based on your standard. Could you do a video about different techniques to prep the nails depending of the nail needs? Hugs!
@@NailMasteryByTatyana Thank you Tatyana! I don't know if you prepare or educate professionals in private classes in your hometown, but if I could pay and language wasn't a barrier, I'll sign up to be taught by you. Your professionalism and artistic talent makes you outstand from other nail technicians.
Totally agree as mentioned on the title- too much material will break nails. On top of that, it makes the nails looks more clumsy than looking natural.
I had no clue nails could grow up like that. This is very interesting. I wonder if it is genetic or stems from a health related reason? You are a very impressive nail master. I wish I knew someone of your skill and attention.
Hey Tatyana this video was so good. I was wondering how long it takes you to do a whole set including cleanup and prep. And how long it takes to remove the previous one 💕
I literally love your videos they help me soo much when I want to do my own nails I just need to get a primer and dehydrator, I currently had nail fungus on my ring finger on my left hand and it’s slowly going is it ok to put a new set on top of the nail bed ??
It would be really helpful if you take a blood test or any other tests that your doctor might advise. After the results if a course of antibiotics is needed go right ahead until the nails and the skin underneath is healthy. Usually you would like to wait until the damaged tissue from the infection grows away and in some rare cases, the doctor can order another blood test to be 100% sure that there's no traces of infection. Depending on the kind of fungi. I hope you heal quickly!
Might be an unpopular opinion, but I like that you’re making the videos shorter :) I’m impatient and always want to see the finished result right away 😂
I’m really curious about the rubber base coat. I’ve noticed when you use it, you don’t put polygel on top. Would that not work or does the rubber base eliminate the need for the polygel?
Rubber base can to a degree strengthen nails, but only to a degree. A lot depends on rubber base characteristics. So it would not completely eliminate need for polygel, as there are thin and fragile nails that will not hold without strong material. It is very common for russian techs to use base coats to strengthen nails. It is not always rubber base, variety of types of basecoats is massive: basecoats that are very hard, very flexible ones, medium strength, and each of those can be thin, medium or thick. The long term issue with leveling (strengthening) nails with rubber (only rubber) is that majority of rubbes basecoats have a lot of acid in them, and the thicker layer the more acid gets on nail. So currently there is a new wave, where rubber base applied thinly and then nails leveled with builder in a bottle or builder gel. Tatyana doesnt follow this innovation yet and didnt talk about it, but I suppos soon enough she will.
@@eugenia_in_blue interesting. Thank you for the information! I have very thin and fragile nails. I just switched to polygel from regular gel and think I will stick with that.
....wait, they didn't take down the material BEFORE doing her fill? Um...what? I'm a home tech who does dip and even *I* take off previous stuff (like almost completely) because otherwise, you get a nail the size of a dinner plate! Okay, not really, but somedays it feels like it... ETA: How do you like that rubber base? I saw Born Pretty had it but to me it was a bit WTF-y as I wasn't sure how it would do compared to a normal base (like does it FEEL like rubber, because having used a lot of polymer dip and acrylic and that don't like to set, kinda tired of trying to deal with 'rubbery' feeling stuff.
You called it grey-beige, which is taupe, but the color looks mauve to me. Mauve is a pinkish-lavender. Maybe the colour is not coming through on the video.
I see really no much difference or big fault to the nails from the other tech. The stress point etc was correctly and the nails not builded up so much that it was false. For some jobs its better wear a bigger building to save the nails. Well, your work looks good, even i see there faults too.

There are nail techs in USA who specialize in this type of manicure:) i can help you find a nail tech )
What is that rubber base she keeps mentioning in her videos? Tia to anyone who sees this and can clarify :)
I need her voice telling me to take a deeeeep breath, calm down, everything's gonna be okaaaaay.
