What's your favorite brand for USB flash drives? Mine are Transcend and THKAILAR, the quality and performance are amazing! Some other options that are good for the money are Kootion and Team Group.
@arshansharek1501 do both. Persistence is essentially the cow fs wrapped over the home directory. It's not the same as a full install, but in a lot of cases it's a good choice.

kali 19 has boot option for persistence is this for when put on a usb yes?

i have usb 3.2 storage is 64 gb, shall i go with cinnamon or xfce? i want persistence because acannot risk losing primary os and internal sdd, thankss
