Yes it does.
I love a good Shepards Pie but not many people make it well. I learned something a few years ago that I found interesting and it might be just a matter of opinion but I heard that a true Shepards pie is made with ground lamb, if you make it with beef it is called a Cottage pie

The recipe looks wonderful . The only thing I would do is drain the fat off the HB meat. I just don't like the greasy look of the casserole and I don't care to eat greasy food. But as I said the recipe looks wonderful and I will surely try it. From Texas in the United States.

Looks delicious, my only thing I'd have to put the bell pepper into the meat with the garlic & onions. Also drain that meat but I'd use ground turkey
