- In 1973-1974, Michel Polnareff wrote the incidental music for the John Halas cartoon "Les trois mousquetaires". The soundtrack also included two song with vocals : "Et hop on va tout changer" and "Pour vivre en liberté". The vocalists on these two songs were not credited in the film or on the record, but Polnareff had premiered "Et hop on va tout changer" when he sang it live during the premiere of the "Polnarêve" show in Paris on 22 March 1973.
For the British market, these two songs were re-recorded with English lyrics, respectively as "Wake up, it's a lovely new day" and "Freedom and liberty". Here is the second of the two. - Видеоклипы
Wow, I remember how I loved the music on this cartoon.
ThankI remember this with my father
I've tried to track down the coats of arms shown in the video. I'm aware there's proper heraldic terms, I just didn't use it here for simplicity. :)
Here's the list I've got so far of the 32 shields shown in the video...
The very first badges shown are those of the Bourbon royal family.
1. The first shield with the two lions and strange tower is the arms of the Corsican capital of Ajaccio
2. The second one with the key = Anjou
3. The three golden keys = Avignon
4. The golden lion = Bordeaux
5. The other one with the 'ermine' pattern = Brest/Brittany
6. Blue shield with white castle gates = Carcassonne
7. Red shield with cross of Lorraine = Calais
8. One with three black stars = Cherbourg
9. The red shield with Legion of Honor one = Dijon
10. Yellow cross with four fleur-de-lys = Clermont-Ferrand
11. Three red rosettes = Grenoble
12. The shield with the N and the lizard (a salamander!) = Fontainebleau
13. The 'fish' (actually an heraldic dolphin) and lion = Dunkirk
14. The golden ship and three fleur-de-lys = La Rochelle
15. Gold lion with another salamander = Le Harve
16. Red shield with silver fleur-de-lys = Aguillon
17. Blue cross = Marseilles
18. Silver lion = Lyon
19. The golden head with the S = Limoges
20. Black and white one = Metz
21. The shield with thistle = Nancy
22. Golden ship with ermine pattern = Nantes
23. Red eagle = Nice
24. Three petals on red shield = the city of Orleans.
25. Nine golden disks with lion = Poitiers
26. Wreaths on white = Reims
27. Silver pascal lamb and cross = Rouen
28. Red stripe = Strasbourg
29. Golden cross on blue background = Toulon
30. Castle, lamb & church = Toulouse
31. double headed cockerel = Versailles
32. Silver ship with the many fleur-de-lyse = Paris (the lots of fleurs' are of Old France, the ones with three fleur-de-lys are of Modern France, in heraldic terms.)
Wow you are awesome 🤤🤤🤤😲
Thanks for uploading this and the other one that's starts off this great movie. I've been trying to find these videos for years.
Do you know where to get this movie in English? Please help if you can!
@TheLukasPirate: will try to do it in the next 1-2 weeks, ok?
Can anyone point me to where the lyrics for this is? When I hear liberty I often run bits of the song through my head. I used to rent this movie all the time as a kid.
Is it still a possibility to upload the french version?
I need the lyrics for this song. Although I understand much of the text without problems, I've got a few difficulties at some points of the song. (P.S.: I'm German)
Geht mir auch so haha. Hab das damals in den 90er in deutsch gesehen 😁
what's this movie called, maybe I can find it on eBay for myself
