I slipped in bathroom with a valgus force on my left knee 14 days ago.no swelling was there and no pop or click sound but i felt a pain like excessive stretch.i did cold sponging for some days. Then went about my usual activities. Sometimes when I walk for longer time. I feel an increased pain and stiffness. I consulted an orthopedician he told probably a mcl sprain. What do I need to do now ..and what exercise can I do or I have to restrict any movement.
Hi Maya... After a knee has been operated on it might pop on occasion. Often times this is not unusual... but you should have your doctor evaluate the knee (or a second opinion) to make sure that everything is functioning properly. Good Luck

If it’s been almost a year from ACL surgery and the knee pops still is this a concern?
