Those are so sick! I wish they made a JK alternative! It’s totally sick how they use the factory fender? Is it trimmed or something? Very good points made about the flexible piece vs damaging the factory sheet metal. It makes sense for sure and those marker lights on the side and front just look killer….
Love MetalCloak products! Tedious to install some of their items, but in the end the fit and finish is always the best looking. On the note of fenders, I see Mopar has come out with high clearance steel fenders, but no information on a part number at Canadian dealers,
@@TheEPICBeardedGinger Check them out at Brad (TrailRecon) "SEMA's Hidden Gems" video, 25:00 mark. Yeah possibly they are, but as long as they coat them as well as the factory rubicon steel bumpers the Ontario, salt, sand and brine won't rust them like 95% of other aftermarket manufacturers.. Only product that hasn't been beaten up by our winter is my MetalCloak front bumper, on its 8th year now (was on my 2015 JKU) now on my JT.
Great video. Noticed MC's bumpers were installed at the end of this video, they look great. Will you have a video featuring their bumpers? I sold my winch, not sure I want or need another. I like that the MC's bumper have a plate to cover the winch hole if you don't have a winch installed. Any thoughts between MC's and Next Venture's bumpers? I know MC's is much heavier. Thanks for all the great content.
Regarding aftermarket inner fenders… Does mud and water find their way into the engine bay, through the openings from the companies logos? I’m still running stock plastic liners for fear of this, lots of mud in the south east (U.S.). Those metal cloak (and others) look great
1. We don't need to oil spray the underside for winter here in BC like other parts of Canada have too. 2. Yes Mike purchased The Gingers previous Gecko Green John Wick 4 Door JLU Rubicon.
Flares! Not fenders. Yes, they are bubblicious in comparison to the YJ/TJ platforms but you can remove the flares and still have a front fender panel that is sheetmetal and removable like that of the YJ/TJ platforms. The JK and JL platforms have a substructure behind that sheetmetal fender in the front and a lot of plastic to locate and hold the engine bay internals to that substructure due to the inner splashwell was this thin plastic material, where in the YJ/TJ platforms, the front fender had an integrated inner sheetmetal splashwell that supported the engine bay internals with no substructure required. 11:!5 and you said it! Those metalcloak side vents look sick
Can't wait to see those go carts in the bush!!!
You and me both sir! January 2025 will be lit! Cheers from the team at EPIC!
All Cloaked Out
Almost
The Metalcloak fender/inner-fender treatment turned out fantastic. Thanks for watching and cheers from the team at EPIC!
They are the best. Keep on cloaking.
loved the soundtrack. I was in a trance while watching.
That was the intended effect ;-) Thanks for watching and cheers from the team at EPIC!
I think both would look great with a Satin Black Grill! 🍻
That looks really good! Wowwwww
I know, your Mom loves it.
have been enjoying this build up series will be nice to see them done to see the final look so close.

Nice work Gentleman
Looking good Epic Team!!!!! Looking good!!!!
Thanks Larry! Cheers from the Ginger and the team at EPIC!
That looks like a lot of labor hours!
Good time to install lights and why not raptor line the black fenders?
Bedliner doesn't like to stick to the textured plastic flares as well as the painted version.
Will you cut off the two brackets from the front wheel well?
Love this bumper! What license plate holder is that? Is it also from metalcloak?
Impressive
tazer light show always turns on when you're tryin to sneak out 😅 2D's lookin good
I hate it so much!
Yeah, why does the light show always go off when I don't want it to? Ha Ha! Cheers from the team at EPIC!

I didn't not know that, but knowing Mopar they are likely rebranded from another company.

Thanks guys! Hello from the crew at EPIC!
Good Vlog!
We are vlogging? Cool beans. Cheers from the Ginger and the team at EPIC!
It looks like I need it. 😊
Yes you do!
So what is equivalent for jk
What's the advantage to the replacement inner fenders vs the stock plastic inner fender? Is it just for looks?
They are vented for one thing the other being clearance when off-road stuffing a tire up in their fits a whole lot better

Probably a bit yes, but nowhere near as much as it would without inner fenders. Cheers from the team at EPIC!

Two questions #1-Do you oil treament your Jeep ? #2- Mike does he also have a modified Jeep?
1. We don't need to oil spray the underside for winter here in BC like other parts of Canada have too.
2. Yes Mike purchased The Gingers previous Gecko Green John Wick 4 Door JLU Rubicon.
@@TheEPICBeardedGinger Ok thx for the answers. And why for the oil spray, no salt but lots of humidy in your parts of Canada.
@ our humidity is nothing like it is in Ontario, things just don’t rust like they do in other parts, southern BC doesn’t get the amount of snow

I apologize for my failure, I have given Epic my two weeks notice. I hope this is sufficient of a remedy to improve your day.
@@TheEPICBeardedGinger Edjumication little bit...
Okay, so I looked everywhere on your website. I don't see the option for a Mike clone anywhere. Can you provide that link?
That is listed on our dark website as its a grey area legally here in Canada.
Yeah, we can't ship cloned Mike to the USA. You guys have weird laws about human cloning tech down there.
Can I buy your stock LED fender signals?
Yes they are posted on FB marketplace, or feel free to call the shop.
✌️
I dont like the fact that we see part of the body, the blue and white with your new fender and the mudguard inside.
