These process videos Really help me with my art block. I usually get so obsessed with perspective in my backgrounds that I find it difficult to make them organic, so these offer me some different perspective
Hey AVG, glad to see you! hehe thanks, I know the music was probably a pain, being the same for so long! Will try to change it up more often in the future!
I loved the video and have been using your channel as inspiration for digital painting! Although, I have a question about the brushing. Here in the video 1:04, you start to "shade" the painting. Do you use a specific brush to cover the entire picture or do you alter the settings on the brush to create the light tint?
Hey I hear that you listened to my suggestion :D and changed the music. Did you compose it yourself ? It is very similar to the previous one but yet different so I was wondering. Great talk over and explaining skills :) good video !
Hey Pilema! haha glad you noticed, I am afraid the music is not composed by me, but I was also meaning to change it and kept delaying it! It was a bit tough though, I think I spent same amount of time on finding various tracks and painting :D
I have seen massive improvement in my art since I watched a lot of your video! I do have a few questions: 1) How do you paint only directly on the layer? Is there another way beside clipping mask? 2) Lately I have a problem with going down to details... I worry of losing the essence of the total picture so my art looks okay from far away but zooming in it’s weird... what do you think should be my approach? When should I start going down to the detail?
Hi ! Your videos are great! Thanks a lot, watching them helped me get out of an art block :) Could you maybe do one in real time? that would be awesome
