I believe your answer is correct. Lake Baikal is both the largest by volume and the deepest. The Caspian Sea is the largest by area but not by volume.

The question was what was the deepest. Lake Baikal is around 5,400 ft deep and The Caspian is around 3,300 ft deep at the deepest part.

Here we go again! The continent is called AMERICA and it is the divided into three sections: North America, Central America & the Caribbean islands and South America. There is no such thing as a North America or South America continent. All of the countries from Alaska to Tierra Del fuego constitute ONE CONTINENT and is called America. Stop spreading wrong information!
