Ustadh Abdul Rehman Hassan acknowledged and accepted his mistake publicly, retracted his statement which btw wasn't even meant the way it was taken but he still didnt go into all that and responded and acted upon the correct manhaj by accepting his mistake and making taubah and YET Shamsi questioned his intentions and spubs still seemingly ignored this. I like Shamsi (although I don't know much about SPUBS). However, I think Shamsi is belittling Abdurrahman Hasan's retraction by saying things like "he retracted after" or mentioning his retraction only in passing. If Abdurrahman Hasan was not genuine he would never have admitted a mistake in the first place.
Abdurahman Hassan have honesty towards Salfiyah. Because we saw him correcting his mistakes publically of he understood it's wrong . Especially in matters of such were mentioned by this fellow. And Abdurahman Hasan is more beloved to Salafi Brothers than SP leader.
