Derek's smile was just a little wider today and Rich's laugh was a little bit jollier. Y'all were like cousins hanging out lol, this stuff is great lol
It was like seeing two old friends walk into a room after 20 some odd years and pick up a conversation like it was just yesterday. Two of the nicest, most relaxed guys making it all look easy!
Rich introduced me to VGG when Derek helped with the Pontiac engine motel room assembly. So happy to see you guys working together again. Smiles and cold snacks all around. With Derek moving to Tennessee right now I hope that you guys get to collaborate even though he's further away. This is one of your best episodes. I love both of these channels. EXCELLENT
@@Hesthegreatest1 I didn't catch where -- if he ever did say exactly where he was going. They are going to have a "Big Reveal" on the VGG channel sometime in the next couple of weeks. They are in the process of moving right now.
@@colormesarge Yeah, what was it? 60 miles or so? I don't know where Dylan is though. I'm not subbed to his channel. Maybe I should check out more of his stuff.

I daily drive an 86 with a 300, 4 speed. You wont, maybe you will, believe the amount of looks, thumbs, honks and inquiries i get just going to the store and back. Love my bronco.
I know it is way too late. But, doing the "roadkill technique" of removing the hood would help. Best yet, a garden sprayer on the radiator from inside (cheap home depot fix) does wonders. We even used that on the racetrack. Game changer.
I don't know how I never saw you on RUclips but when I saw Derek's face I thought it was his sight then I saw it was yours. When I started watching it I saw the comradity you reminded me of the old days when I used to work in a salvage yard. Hanging out with the guys in the shop. I got a tear in my eye was talking to are mechanics watch them work you can't do that today in shops. Because they insurance rules. Watching You to laughing joke just reminded me of the old days. Thank you and thank you very much. For The memories
Doesn't matter how many times I watch this video, it still makes me smile so big to see two of my favorite car guys go wheel a pair of classic trucks together. Just the power of a pair of genuinely good people that love their cars.
What is absolutely hilarious is, I just watched the video of Derek picking up the 69 caddy. And I was watching this exact scene when he was looking at the guy filling up the bronco. 😂😂😂😂
My first truck was a 1985 Bronco with a 351 Windsor and a C6 3-speed automatic, a NP-208 transfer case, 9” rear with 3.55’s, the dreaded TTB Dana 44 based front end, a 6” Skyjacker kit and 35’s. The thing had a 35 gallon single fuel tank and the vent was jacked up, making fill-ups a 30 minute affair. It got a solid 7 MPG. Thank God gas was around .89 cents back in the mid to late 90’s while I drove it. Good times. Haven’t thought about that thing in a long time. Thanks for the video!
Coyote swapping the Bronco sounds awesome and I know that's been the plan all along but it would be really super sweet if you kept it manual. Maybe a ZF6 in it would work.
I’ve been here since the early days of this channel and to see the video quality improve along the way is cool. Deboss is making top shelf content these days. From a fellow ontarian, a career long mechanic with the same first name, thanks for the killer entertainment Rich and the Deboss team.
i will say one thing about the car community that i dont see many other places. they are including and quick to offer help if you need it. and there is always an old or new timer with alot of good tips and tricks :) i deal with alot of pain/health issues and i can with my hand on my heart say that if i didnt have cars/automotive stuff as a hobby i probably wouldnt be here today. thank you guys for all the content that you guys create to us and the community! you are all good as gold in my eyes.

Man, that brings back memories. Living in Minnesota I bought a (new)1978 GMC Suburban 4x4 in the same colours as your Bronco..:) Can't remember the engine - maybe a 400. These days I live in Europe and last trip we did north to the Isle of Skye (GB) - 1,100 mile round trip we averaged 62.8 mpg (UK) - that's 52.3 mpg (US) driving our 2005 Volvo XC70 D5 diesel Geartronic All Wheel Drive...:) Needed, as here right now it's about £1.50/liter - that's $7.50/US gallon for diesel...
14:45 Curious to find out what Rich just bought. Derek is impressed. That's a GOOD thing. Guess we'll have to have some patience and wait for the video. You sure know how to tantalize a guy. "Oh, no way! Wanna trade for something?..... What powers it? A diesel sumthin."
There's something really cool about older trucks with different colored body parts that are straight. It really gives them character. My dad has done stuff like that for years, and then when he paints the truck it looks great, but loses character. He had a k5 like that. He would thrash it in the woods. Once he painted it, it was a pavement princess.
11:27 beautiful South Dakota!!! Home of THE BEST highways in the USA (talking about secondary roads such as US-385) and THE FINEST governor this country has ever produced, Kristi Noem.
So pumped I found this channel! I’m working on a 96 Eddie Bauer and then to see your a good ol Ontario boy only a hour and a half away from me was even cooler! 🔥🇨🇦
You mean none of your farming chums have fixed you up with a fuel rock! They are an amazing piece of tech, you fit it under the handle of a pump and it holds it on in just the right spot that it runs without clicking off you do have to be careful though while using it that you don't over fill it.
that vice grip guy is a stand up guy. Nice seeing the two of you together. Now imagine if Peg was added into the mix.. the Shenanigans would never end!
