Texas. I’m consistently told by supervisors that the odor of marijuana alone gives ability for full custodial search of the entire vehicle, and all occupants persons. Do you know a specific case that says otherwise? Would it be Carrol or the 1948 ww2 case?
I would Say any police that jack someone up over the odor of Cannabis in this day & age that they are the Criminal and should focus their time actually fighting real Crime.
