From Birmingham, so was nice to see it from a different perspective, I don't often visit that area but will try and visit to see where you moored your boat. Keep up the good work, love all your videos.
First time watcher, really enjoyed the blog. I'm originally from Brum, I left there 12 years ago but as a kid I would often go to the guillotine lock and jump the gap with friends, the things you do when you're young 😊 In the next few years my partner and I are looking to move from our small holding to a canal boat but we're looking at an end of garden instead of continuous cruising.
Welcome! What a lovely idea, we may look for a garden mooring in the future once we’ve had our fix of exploring! Good luck with your plan. Thanks for watching ☺️
It was lovely to see such a lovely couple on such a rainy day ☔️ Beau our 6 month old cocker spaniel says hello too. Beau fell in canal so you might want to think about life jacket’s for your two little doggies. Took me an hour to wash all the black horrible silt out of him. Have a great time wherever your travel to next 🙂x
The snow is just about gone here. The driest breakup I've seen. In a few weeks we will probably be praying for rain. You can send some of yours our way. Thanks for taking us along.
That was a really good watch! We’re narrowboaters too but currently landlubbers because our doggy is recovering from surgery. This was great coverage of Birmingham. I think your channel is one of the best ‘narrowboating’ ones. Ps I’m English, hubby is Scottish - our boat is Capercaillie.

That Birmingham accent is a strange one - I asked a Brummy what was his favourite rice and he said it was "the tour de France" 😂
🤣🤣 thanks for watching ☺️
I totally feel your pain.
I have Acrophobia too.
I always tell people, I'm not scared of falling, I'm scared of the sudden stop at the bottom !!!
It’s not nice is it!
Thanks for watching ☺️

Manchesters Rochester 9 is just the same - under buildings all the way - locks were very heavy but we enjoyed it
Hope to get there one day! Thanks for watching ☺️
