This Cornwall road trip has depleted our plant-based food stock, so we thought we would take you shopping with us to a Cornish vegetarian food store, to stock up for more uk van life adventures ahead
The shop we got our Vegan supermarket haul from is called Sprout and it has a Vegan Cafe attached to it - which is nice 😍
The vegan cafe was delicious with mostly gluten-free foods and some lovely raw vegan cakes
We found Newquay To be good for vegans but surprisingly couldn't find any 100% vegan businesses (there's an opportunity there 😁 as its a great surf spot with probably a few vegans visiting )

FABULOUS video Liam and Janine. Omg the cacao and coffee cake and hot choc. I would have been v hyper after that hahahaha 😁😁😁😁😁 loved the cafe and all the shopping. It was delightful for me to see this vlog as I did a 6hr round trip today on Indian busses. I was standing on crowded busses going round many bends and over bumpy roads. It was my crazy adventure but I did also feel ill. So yer was lovely to come hme and feel settled with your AWESOME vlog 😁❤️😁
There is a lovely vegan shop in Porthmadog, Wales called Vegonia Wholefoods, not far from The Eating Gorilla Cafe 😉

I loved the music you added to this video. It married well with the visuals. Then the raw cake slice juxtaposed with Janine's nail polish was an artistic touch. Liam's comment about the food looking healthy, but being delicious was so funny. And the closing shot in the video of the two you standing together...it was spot on.

I once had raw cacao nibs from a local wholefood store (Probably around 16 years ago). My ex wasn't a fan but I was bored at work it was interesting enough to eat the full bag.
Raw cacao is an entity in itself. Its very expensive but unbelievable for energy (and other things). I've seen loads of cacao products in this country, but never Raw cacao, like totally Raw
You should get some more mate, it's a better drug than caffeine
That chorizo style stew looks good to try ,I will need to look out for that.

It’s come a long way since we went. We was in Perranporth, Newquay and all the surrounding areas 4 years ago and the only thing vegan to eat out was chips, chips and chips 😂😂

The whole town has great vegan options scatter across it. This was the closest thing to a Vegan business we could find though. But yeah, leaps and bounds 🤙
