What's in my Hypnobirthing Hospital Bag for Labor and Delivery 2023
In this video, I share what I have packed in my hospital bag and baby bag for labor and delivery. Most of the items I’ve packed are to help with hypnobirthing, which is the approach we plan to take.
Most of the items mentioned can help create a more relaxing environment, and in turn help with oxytocin and the progression of labor. We are scheduled to be induced at 39w6d due to AMA and gestational diabetes, but are hoping he comes spontaneously before then.

Thanks! Yeah, we received our scheduled induction date yesterday and it's starting to feel more real! Still hoping he comes on his own, but I feel more prepared and at peace about going into an induction too. Right now I'm just trying to soak up the last few days of being pregnant and feeling him kick and wiggle around, but we can't wait to met him 💛
