Small sidenote: You took away damage from the wrong side of the health bar, the HP go's right to left but Hunger go's from left to right.
Technically you could argue that they are facing a different way meaning the hp bar has sides

doesn't matter the condition of my armour and tools, i could have full enchanted diamond (or netherite since thats the new OP ore) and I'd still feel the same

I guess that’s everyone’s reaction when they find a silver fish for the first time it’s like if you had a fear of all insects and hear in your ears make that sound your instantly building/running out of that cave

Having silverfish now randomly spawn alongside blocks instead of only being in strongholds gave my anxiety 20 points of damage.

The true "mining into end stronghold and/or extreme hills biome" experience.
Here's how to notice a stone block contains silverfish! It takes a lot longer to mine than a regular stone block! So if you're digging around in the end fortress, watch out for blocks that take a long time to mine.
it doesnt take a lot longer to mine usually, you can mine it by hand and it takes the same time as mining with an EffV netherite pick would, thats what makes it unique
Aaand it's way faster to mine it with a sword!
So if you tap a block with a sword and 50% of it appears broken, it's infeccted!

the panic on the face reminds me of the time I was in the nether, trading with the piglins who kept spawning in my Bastion and I get hit by a magma cube that ends up breaking my gold helmet (yeah, I lived in the nether, and no, I had no respawn anchor. I'm an idiot)

I actually completely forgot silverfish existed. In my 8 years of playing Minecraft, I've only encountered them twice, excluding the stronghold spawned.
You missed the part where a chain of a bunch of other blockd break making more spawn after you break the 1st one
reminds me of the time when i first came back to minecraft and i was building my base, needed stone, so i went mining and lucky me ran into a nest of silver fish, long story short, i lost my sanity
