Hello!, I am from GA. I am currently( And have been reading as much I can since last Nov) just reading and watching as much video's about Real Estate to become an Agent . I am currently still watching video's from Prep Agent and Travis Everette and yours as well ( Which I am new to it). I was trying to compare the best online course to take. Thanks man, this vid helped me a lot though I can't decide if I should go with the Basic package or the Deluxe. I guess I'm trying to figure out if the extra stuff that come with the Deluxe are worth the price increase or will the Basic get it done just fine.
I usually say to people that depends on your level of real estate knowledge. If you have some knowledge then the lower will do just fine and it works the other way around!

Great video, thanks for sharing! You mentioned the Audio feature, this is the second I've heard this. I recently purchased this course and have yet to figure out how to find or use the audio feature. Am I missing something?
It’s supposed to be standard. It’s not something you should have to turn on. I would reach out to support!

Hello, I'm new to your channel. I've heard a lot of great things about real estate express. I'm in the process of studying for my licensing exam and I chose to go with another company. I was truly considering going with them however I chose to go with a local company in Louisiana because our licensing information is a little different than the standard course. They just jacked their Texas pre-licensing price way up. Then again, I keep wondering if they fiddle with their prices so they can offer what appear to be huge savings when in reality, they just checked the price up so the offered "savings" brings it back to the price beforehand. I say that because until about 2 or 3 months ago, the price for their premium Texas pre-licensing course what's around $593 and is now $749. The savings has always been around 20 or 25% and whoever publishes the prices and offered savings has not been that great with math. The current supposed New Year's savings are correct this time however, it has not always been that way.

Thanks for the video but I’m confused and frustrated. I paid and signed up for the courses but there is literally nothing in my dashboard. I only ever received two pdf files. No audio, no break down of courses, nothing. How can I complete the courses when I have nothing to click on or follow along with? Can anyone chime in? Thanks
I got the same one for California and nothing but the pdf book. Did you get a refund or who did it go for you. Just wondering for I can decide to get a refund or stay with it

It all depends on you. You have to be in the course for at least 63 hours though.
Do you know if CA aceable agent offers videos for the courses? I am more of a visual person

I would have loved for you to had at least clicked on one of the courses just so that I could see how that looked. Because I just paid for a real estate course and the video was so boring that I literally fell asleep several times. Just a bunch of slides with someone talking.
I completely understand but you have to keep in mind the end goal it's just apart of the process.
How come I don’t have this on my page? I’m in CA and I bought the $169 package but nothing on my home page is broken down into specifics? It only shows 3 courses I must get done and refers me to prepagent.
I’m looking at the one in florida it may be state specific.
The CA course is a lot less developed. The subcontract prep agent to do most of their heavy lifting in terms of course material and study aids. The "audio" is a large messy soundcloud playlist, the "video" has math and the practice exam says that california state license exams does not have math in it. Overall I would say the Aceable agent for California is not as neat as the one in martez's video.
Don't go with Ace able agent. Very fast narration in a robotic voice. Sounds like a cartoon your listening to! and the course was just not a good format.
