The power of hypnosis. So it was in the beginning, and so at the end. That's all I can say without this disappearing.

Mine is by far neurological. Bed bound to up on my feet at 4 months. 6 months in I still have symptoms like good and bad days because like you said the lazy part. Like today I feel amazing and I had some very nasty symptoms from Covid. FEAR will make Covid way worse. I dodged it all these years and I was terrified when I caught it. Absolutely terrified which is what I believe led me to long Covid. Doctors kept saying all the tests are good. I had echo, ct scans, blood work etc.

¿Can you share exactly which practices you used to improve? ¿You say exercise but what exercises?¿How should we look for it?

Breathing sets. Mindfulness exercises. And just simple things like enjoying nature.

Hello Stef. I got very similar symptoms from HPV vaccine. Same symptoms as Long Covid; Brain fog, blurred vision, anxiety and panic attacks, fatigue, fasciculations, palpitations, shortness of breath, food malabsorption and I am sure I am forgetting some more. It is so bad that I am considering quitting my job as developer, I simply can't do it anymore, I can't concentrate and get very anxious just by sitting and looking at the screen.
I really don't know what to do, I think it's post viral syndrome like Long Covid but in my situation it was caused by a vaccine, I wonder if I have chance of recovery.

I have yet to meet a 'long Covid' sufferer who wasn't vaccinated, which leads me to believe that 'long Covid' is actually 'long Covid-mRNA-vaccine'.

Do you feel like you felt before covid? Or are you just feeling 'fine'. When I got long covid the first time I woke up one morning and felt like a switch was turned and I never felt the same again. 2 years in I do feel better but still not the way I used to feel. That explosive energy is gone. I wake up every morning feeling weak and tired. All the other symptoms are gone tho and im grateful for that. Perhaps the worst thing is Im not sure it was covid. I got flu like symptoms in october 2021, went to the doctor 3 weeks later and they didnt fine covid in my system. So I dont know what happened to me.

In my case covid weakened my nervous system so that i ended up with anxiety neurosis and had to take SSRI for some time. Of course, this also had other grounds but I think it started with domino effect (mainly becouse i could not sleep!)
