This just popped up on my feed. It explains everything in layman terms so well. I contracted Covid end of November 2021, after one week I was hospitalized, then admitted to the hospital's ICU and discharged 18th December 2021. Luckily I survived but my Long Covid symptoms are breaking me physically and mentally. One day I hope this nightmare will disappear from my life.

I had the disease in September 22. Still have all these symptoms, including anxiety and depression. Hope others don’t have the hell I went through. I am getting somewhat better with minerals and vitamins that have some benefit for me.

The anxiety and depression went away after two days. Now 2.5 months in. Still feeling good. Sleep deep and good also. Lost the weird weight i got eventhough i could not eat anymore. 6 kilos are gone allready. The muscles are still very painfull at times That part i have fysio for. And i have noticed that it worsen when i had to many visitors. Overloads my system. The weird hearing sometimes low sometimes very hard and bad vision are still bad. Brainfog is 80% better as long as there is not to much people input. Smell and taste goes up and down. Started aromatherapy for that. And pure rose and helychisumoil in a diffuser also works to calm the nervous system, sleep etc so it is a win win. 😊
Started getting allergies, headaches,dizziness, dehydrated feeling at times, tinnitus which is soooo annoying. Got very sick January 2, bad flu bug, was sooo sick, throwing up, couldn't eat much and to top it all off, caught a horrible cold, coughing lots, depressed , runny nose for months.

I reccomend prolonged fasting. DYOR on the topic and make sure your in the right health to do it safely. I have seen a great improvement in my LC after a 3 day water fast paired with supplementing RESVERATROL & QUEURCITIN. This triggers autophagy and clears the blood of spike proteins!!
I have long Covid for about a month and all these symptoms are spot on but you forgot anxiety and depression. I’ve never had anxiety or depression prior to getting Covid and when my symptoms flare up I get a feeling of doom, anxiety, and depression.

I keep coming down with covid every year since the end of 2019. I'm just now starting to get over the 4th round of it and this was by far the worst round yet. It's been 4 1/2 weeks. I'm so done with covid.

I have the post exertion symptoms worsening, it manifests with 4-5 hours delay after a short walk of 20min, also after a stressful hour of office work, this improves after 12 hours. Also during night time sensation that your throat is swollen or "closed up". Being dealing with this 8 weeks, it's getting better but healing has been slow.
My previously super healthy 50 year old daughter is on disability for long Covid. It’s distressing to see. She got Covid and never got well. Just got worse. The fatigue is crippling. She is also seeing a heart specialist. I’m hoping at some point, it will get better. But, she will never return to work as a health care professional.
I caught covid 18 months ago. For the past 12, I have felt terrible. Never felt worse. I don't have the energy to do normal tasks at home as much as I did. Everything seems too hard. And yet I am still able to do my job (I work at a railway station). People just don't understand how debilitating this illness is. Pray you don't catch it!

So I've had all of those symptoms since I had my second Pfizer vacc in 2021, and the only thing that's gotten better is the palpitations. Slightly. I did not make a fuss about it being vacc related because i was hoping for medical help (unfortunately medical professionals are tempted to write you off as mentally ill if you imply vaccine injury), irregardless none of these symptoms seem to worry my doctor. Its nice to see at least this. The symptoms suck, im half the person i was before them, but my biggest worry is what kind of damage is being done? I do know i now have multiple nodules in my lungs, nothing big enough to cause the chest pressure and sob ive been feeling for 2.5 years ...
Hey, I’ve had the exact same experience , again after my second Pfizer vax. Thankfully my palpitations have decreased now. The chest tightness still creeps in around the evening time though and I hit fatigue around 5-6pm and feel exhausted.

i'm 45 years old had covid April 2020 did not go the hospital however struggled in the basement for 2 months felt like going through the gates of hell, its now 3 1/2 years later, I'm severely weak all the time fatigue , diminished vision , loss of focus , sleep 2 hours a night if I'm lucky , chest pains come and go every day, massive weight gain do to lack of exercise, when you tired you cant do any exercise, constant headaches 7 Brain tremors, going from doctor to doctor they are all clueless wish I Some answers (most severe is my insomnia) hope for some sort of remedy or cure 😪😪

September 2023 ~ Second time having COVID; first time was also in September (of 2021) - this bout is far worse! What remains at the four week mark is having very weak & shakey legs & ringing in the ears! I had two Pfizer vaccines 💉💉 + a booster 💉 in December 2021 ... I am frustrated at how slow I am recovering, and, worried how long my legs will continue to feel like this?!? Family & friends - don't really get it! They keep asking "Aren't you well yet?" - 😷

I had to stop work nearly two years ago. It was like every small problem I had was three times worse. My brain , my gate. So much has been a problem. I started taking acetyl l carnitine 1500 mg a day,for pain. My mind started to clear, my gate went back to normal. I am not afraid of driving .and my mood is so much better. Maybe some should research if it's for them
I am suffering from these kinds of symptoms from 3 plus years and now i am dealing with extreme fatigue..... Even I can't drive a two wheeler for long distance...it feels like whole energy sucked with nausea and balance issues... problem in concentrating ..... can't think too much....and also experienced weight loss.….All blood test are done nothing is there ..in starting b12 vit was low which i fixed now Vit D is very low ......Other than this everything is normal....then also lot's of weird symptoms..
Ten Months in and feeling like I am improving monthly. PEM is my only symptom left. I am looking at my progress monthly rather than daily. Each month I feel like I improve 2 to 3% very little-but I’ll take anything. I also relapse occasionally. But- I try to not get discouraged. Started to walk everyday. So, in answer to your question, everybody recovers at a different pace. Some longer than others. New study found that most recover in a year. Good luck to you.
I have long covid for the second time (had it back in 2020 as well.) The good news is it went away after a while back then. I also found it got worse after I ate simple carbs - maybe because these foods cause inflammation. Also, anxiety a major symptom not addressed in the video. NSAIDs help with symptoms, but don’t overdo it.
I had back pain afterwards and thought that it was from lack of exercise or something and made the mistake of working out my back muscles A week of constant back pain after that which isn’t normal considering I’m in my early 20’s
For those posting here about your struggles with long covid we are going to assume that you were fully vax'd and boosted, unless you indicate otherwise.
Nearly 4 months, lost appetite for meals and snacks. Fried chicken, grand meal, MRE bar, they all taste the same. Lost interest/motivation/desire for chocolate, yogurt, ice cream, durian... I eat flavorless MRE bar to skip meals constantly, they all taste the same, why bother.
Maybe try olfactory retraining? It involves “smelling” certain odors over and over again to retrain your brain to smell properly. Lemon, sage, rose and eucalyptus are all used-get essential oils and smell them daily and over time hopefully your senses will return. Your smelling ability is directly related to your taste ability. Any with persistent legs pain , i can not walk up on a scale i need to take the elevator i feel fatigue

Similar symptoms to depression. Being bullied into taking poison and feeling stupid can do that.
I got covid for the first time just recently, since I recovered from not having covid I feel nausea a lot.
In addition I have hair loss and intolerance to heat.

Nearly 4 months, lost appetite for meals and snacks. Fried chicken, grand meal, MRE bar, they all taste the same. Lost interest/motivation/desire for chocolate, yogurt, ice cream, durian... I eat flavorless MRE bar to skip meals constantly, they all taste the same, why bother.
Maybe try olfactory retraining? It involves “smelling” certain odors over and over again to retrain your brain to smell properly. Lemon, sage, rose and eucalyptus are all used-get essential oils and smell them daily and over time hopefully your senses will return. Your smelling ability is directly related to your taste ability.
