My air+ app is giving me a notification for cleaning, but the device screen isn't. I cleaned and I can't reset, because the device screen doesn't have the red vacuum cleaner icon in the first place. It's working fine otherwise, so I guess I'll just ignore the timer and clean it every now and then.
I have mine for over a month now, i does not give a red light on the device, the app gives 59, so i cleaned the filter as stated, after cleaning it is still 59. Should it not give a higher number?

Thanks. Resetting the light was the trick I was looking for.

Mine gives 18% without the cleaning mark. I cleaned it. But it won’t reset. Pressing 3 seconds on the % mark won’t do anything.
Mine's doing the same thing. Did you eventually figure out what's causing it to not reset?
@@brock8079 yeah. I contacted Philips. They didn’t know. You get the sign when it is 0% than you can reset it. Patients is key😂

My god. I called them today and they gave some story about how it will just naturally fix itself in the app. What a joke.

Did you find the solution? I get 22% after cleaning, holding the filter button doesn't help or give any beeps at all for that matter
