Finally, someone who sampled the right parts of the song! As a suggestion, it seems since Daft Punk used an Alesis 3630, they actually sent a copy of the second sample through the gate with a bass boost and set the threshold of the gate so that only the transients of the drum hits in the sample made it through. Then they processed the transients with bass boost and saturation and fed them back into the sample. I'm gonna try to do an in-depth breakdown of the production in the near future if I am able to!
@@Dave23788 I'll have to give you a shoutout! At first I didn't realize who you were but I remember you now! You made some remakes of One More Time before, and it was from you that I learned how One More Time actually uses two samples from More Spell on You that are layered overtop of one another! I watched that video, I think it was your second or third version of the remake years and years ago! If it hadn't been for that video, I wouldn't have known how it was done.
How does this only have 190views? That's such a nicely done remake of the song. I've seen others who took the samples from wrong parts of the song, you took exactly the ones daft punk used and did it so perfectly.
This was amazing! I tried to get into FL Studio a while back, but it was so overwhelming that I just dropped it, this actually motivates me to go back haha.
I've been trying to pull off this one for already nearly a year and my remakes are not even this close while this thing is the closest remake that I have ever watched/heard on RUclips. I must say I'm genuinely impressed!
Thank you for the love i really enjoyed readin your comment. Please stay tuned i have made a MUCH better version which i am really impressed of. I will upload it once i have good desktop cam with HQ sound quality :P You will definetly think it's the original song :D
@@Dave23788 i think it kinda compresses the sound at the end and the start. You can leave out more of the end of the sample abit so it fades in. depends on the scenario rlly

this is only for intro sample: like you said bit crushing with dblue Crusher and a lot of EQ overlay 1. layer crushing 2. layer eq to the point where the crushing is more prominent like it almost sounds toyish 3. high pass the hell out of the sample with eq also the high mids 4. make adjustments with a third eq to regulate the previous made frquencies cutting the highs to 18-19 kHz and play with the other bands to ear

I low-key like this pitch more than the original
This rocks. You should remake this using "Phaser-DDL" a perfect emulation of the Ensoniq DP4+ for that perfect Daft Punk sound

I dont think so, but thanks :D
You can use crossfade (bleeding) to smoothen the vocal chops in the channel settings section on the left bottom

i can’t get the second chop right. in my remake the horns pitch upwards to the note but in yours the horns stay at a constant pitch
Please tell me there’s an FLP to download

Well done !
I think the second horn chop is from a much earlier part of the sample.
yes that's true. As far as i remember the horns from the intro start at around 2:21 and the 2nd horn part at around 0:19.
