I saw some pic of motorcycle armor for the chest & seem like many of the undershirt beneath it are mesh style that is perfect, but I thought it might cause heat stroke or dehydration with how hot it might be to wear it.

Ik I’m late but just search up 5mm Eva foam, you can find it at hobby lobby (I think $$) Jo Ann (kinda pricey tho $$$) and micheals now that they are selling it ($) You can find 1/2 inch at 5 below for 7ish bucks (they raised the prices to 5 to 10 ($). If you are wondering what the $-$$-$$$ is, that’s my way of showing how pricey it can be with $$$ being expensive

I usually pick up the 4 pack of gray floor mats you can pick up at stores like Lowe's, Home Depot, or Harbor Freight.

I'm wearing a fitting shirt that's all black in the video. You could so some sort of spandex or under armour to get a similar effect as in the video.
