Does look like a nice fit! Thanks for the video! I am always a fan of having some faction ammo for the better tracking. Especially if you lack level 5 cruiser. Also I always have a set of emergency T1 ammo for the unlimited durability. Especially easy here as with only 3 turrets you don’t need a lot of cargo space.
@@captainbenzie I thought energy draining modules don't work against AI. Is there some secondary bonus you're getting with that odd-named thingy you're firing at them?
@@ryelor123 nope. It's a common misconception. NPCs have static capacitor. Nothing can reduce their capacitor, but Nosferatus CAN still give YOU capacitor.
It was a fave pvp ship for me and depending on the gang I would shield or armour tank. This ship has great style! I think I still have half a dozen in a few locations. Time for a visit back to Eve me thinks, it has been 10 years off.
What a fun looking ship! I'm a bit sad there isn't more of an opportunity to just take in the different ship models as a newcomer to EVE. But at least I know that my dot on the tactical overlay looks really angry
Also also also, if your having a hard time tracking you can always manually slow your ship down. There are hotkeys for it but i will usually just click on the spedometer at about what percent i want to go. Toggleling the AB is also an option of course
Armor tanked phantasms can fit a nasty bag of pvp tricks. And it's nice enough to deserve some abyssal bling, especially the afterburner. It heats well too.
Also the deadspace version of the nos has significantly more range for only a few mil more. On anything over 100mil i recomend it. Same for cap tranafers, the deadspace is fairly cheap and it outperforms the t2 module by quite a bit
Another nother thing, the capacitor module in the low makes shield reps worse. A PDS will help cap stability, add shield buffer and PG for very little cpu. Thats just a "if it were me" thing tho. I feel like you lose way more than you gain from that cap mod in shield ships
I have 100 MN AB kite fit. I always keep IN Multifrequency as they track way better. Conflag and Scorch are ok against cruisers and up but you won't be able to track smaller/'faster ships. Standard and Multifrequency are my picks

Same cost, same cap, same dps, bit more speed, bit less shield en bit less capwarfare resistance. Also, bring MF for more tracking. Edit: for clarity, I haven't ran/tested this. On paper it just looks pretty much the same
Have you considered sigtanking Kikimoras for C5 WR ratting? If you get a few of them, you'll be punching FAR above your weight class for less than 100mil a pop.
is there more money in wh compared to null or low ? trouble in wh's are the connection's to other wh/ systems what are open , and no clue if have company coming or not
You can theoretically earn more in WH, but you'll need a corp and to be forever on your toes. For the lazier income, Nullsec (within the blue donuts) is safer and more lucrative, but I'd argue dull as dishwater.
Yes absolutely. That's just where I got the footage after testing. You can even see me doing some of the testing in not Pulsar in the PvP video on Friday.

Yeah, Faction ammo and spare T1s is a good shout!!

One of my favorite ship!
I'll fly this magnificent gank magnet for sure.
Good choice!
This looks so cool but I would be to scared to lose it. Very nice video please more
Cool, never got a Phantasm because I hadn't found the right place/purpose, but always wanted to - maybe I'll get to try this - thanks!
Hope you enjoy!

Welcome home! And good luck!!
I highly highly recomend throwing faction x ray crystals in there between the conflag and scorch. Its a great in between crystal
Great tip!

😂 I play zoomed in like this

Absolutely something I recommend in other videos but a powerful tip that too many players don't know!!

Love to see it :)
😊
T2 laser ammo has a tracking penalty. If tracking is failing on frigs, bring some faction multi spectrum
Good tip
Go go, devilfish!

Fair point, I like the PDS but you make a valid argument

Ooh share the fit!!
Benzie you don't have to turn off the AB you can slow the ship down and find the sweet spot.... :P
Yeah but this is easier and works 😁

I might give this a try!
Hey Benzie, video idea for you: One web valk is better than 5 web warriors? same for the other drones as well

Hey Captain....who's the Laser Monkey now, eh ?? :)
😂
Sanchez Nation
Your end drum sample isn't from @IanHitsDrums by chance is it??
It's a track from Epidemic Sound. I forget which one exactly.
Does it work in a non Pulsar?
Yes absolutely. That's just where I got the footage after testing. You can even see me doing some of the testing in not Pulsar in the PvP video on Friday.
Nice!
Suggestions for another series: cheapest C4 ratter! 😁
Any C4?
C4 take a lot longer than C3 sites and barely give more loot for the time taken. They are meant for fleets of 2-3 C3 runners
hehe
🚀
I thought NOSs and Neuts don't work against AI.
NOS works, for sure.
faceroll ratting. have a 5/5 phant - its amazing!
